I happen to be one of those "hotheads" who would have booed that traitor Chambliss, or as he is now known - the Agriculture lobby slave labor go to boy. The picture of Johnny and Saxby with Ted Kennedy smiling about pulling this amnesty charade over on the fools in America made our front page - they didn't expect that. Respect a sitting Senator? Corrupt and treasonous - I don't think so. I met Johnny that morning and told him to his face what a traitor he was, and he insisted he only wrote the border protection part of the bill. He ran off when I told him I visited his office and his aide actually tried to convince me what a great bill it was and that he had helped write it! We were at a Christian alliance meeting and I was terrified that lightning would come through and maybe strike us both dead for all his lying.

I have no one to vote for - won't be Bob Barr, won't be McCain, or either Democrat running now. I hope Alan Keyes is on the ballot.

Then WHY is Bob Barr even running? We have enough amnesty-loving candidates already. What makes him think he is a better candidate than the OTHER TRAITORS?

Why is he running? Maybe anti-war, anti-government, individual responsibility is what separates him from McCain. Basically another Ron Paul.

I don't see how you can characterize it as neoconservative. Almost all of the main editors-with one notable exception-opposed the Iraq War. One of their main editors works for The Daily Star-or used to-an anti-Israeli Lebanese newspaper. From my perspective Reason is Liberalism Lite, i.e. its writers can say they're "libertarian" because they oppose things like The Patriot Act and drug criminalization, while also holding a few positions anathema to leftists, e.g. support for the RKBA. However, when push comes to shove you'll never see them speak out against any real infringements upon our liberties, e.g. "hate" crimes laws, a private organization's right to free association, e.g. the BSA's stance against gay scout-leaders, etc...
