In Arbitration, the parties agree to have a neutral third party, called an arbitrator, decide how their dispute should be resolved. Why would the United States even consider such a thing? Last time I checked the United States was still a sovereign nation in charge of her own destiny!

They said something about it being in the treaty signed 150 years ago...well I don't think americans will go for that! and I don't think anyone in the U.S. has agreed, this was Calderon running off at the mouth....but then consider Bush anthing could happen!

If we are going to be presumptuous, let me see is that a total of 68 posts in the last year were you here fighting the two amnesty bills we worked day and night for 6 weeks, (thats is on one bill alone) to kill in the senate and many went to DC to march in the "hold their feet to the fire"? just asking!!
