    A Major Contradiction

    Michael Chertoff's Claim:

    "Failure to act on this legislation will deny the country the safety and security provided by these enhanced enforcement measures." Chertoff wrote Tuesday night.

    Democrat Senator Clair McCaskill:

    "Frankly, we don't even need this legislation to be effective. If this Administration would only enforce current law, it would make a tremendous difference." Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill on June 8, 2007.

    If you're a Democrat, Senator McCaskill is one of your few real advocates. Use her statement as your battle cry!!!
