ALERT: By now, I'm sure you've seen the explosive testimony from the "Benghazi Whistleblowers" -- testimony that places the blame for the deaths of four brave Americans squarely on the heads of the Obama regime. One report summarized it well:


Special operations forces were told, twice, by their chain of command not to board aircraft to Benghazi to rescue the Americans then under attack; Secretary of State Hillary Clinton denied requests to beef up security at Benghazi and then blamed Ambassador Stevens' death on a YouTube movie; Clinton was never told that a movie had anything to do with the attack by those on the ground in Libya, yet blamed the movie anyway; whistleblowers were intimidated into silence; and Clinton, Ambassador Susan Rice, and President Barack Obama himself all apparently took part in the decision to blame the movie.

Barack Hussein Obama's pattern of lies and corruption continues. As Sean Hannitycommented, "After waiting nearly eight months to get more information on exactly what happened surrounding the terrorist attack in Benghazi, three brave whistle-blowers from the State Department finally told their stories to a Congressional committee... At the end of the day, the stories of the heroism and bravery told by Greg Hicks of those people on the ground in Libya who did everything they could to protect their colleagues was extraordinary. However, I remain furious over what I believe to be this administration deliberately lying to the American people in pursuit of power... Can we allow politicians of any political party to lie to the American people, to deliberately change the truth, in order to maintain power? The answer is not only no, but heck no."

Glenn Beck has accused the White House of covering up suspects in the Boston terrorist attack -- and is calling for President Barack Hussein Obama to be IMPEACHED.

And Rush Limbaugh says that Obama's recent actions leading to the release of thousands of illegal alien criminals from our jails is an impeachable offense.

Beck has revealed that a Saudi national is a suspect in that bombing-- but the media hascovered it up:
“When I found out yesterday, who that guy is and what we have on him, and how our media was rooting for an American to be the killer. And how our president, this administration, the Department of Homeland Security, and everything else. How they have covered this up. How they have aided and abetted this guy is obscene, and it’s criminal. It’s out of control, and when America knows the full story on this, if she doesn’t stand up, and quite honestly, I think demand impeachment and the mass firing if not shutting down of agencies, we don’t stand a chance.”

According to Beck (see the video provided), we have reached the "beginning of the end for so much of this administration... This is much bigger than we thought." A massive cover-upcontinues and Janet Napolitano, who Glenn feels will get jail time for her role in this cover-up, is going to be the first to fall. Will Barack Obama soon be impeached for his role in covering-up US government ties to terror in our own country?

This report from Beck contains much more new information, including news that unnamed and heroic federal law enforcement agents are deeply involved in investigating this cover-up, and several other news organizations havecensored reports from their own reporters and investigators.

Before Glenn Beck's report even came out, Rush Limbaugh, the nation’s highest-rated radio talk-show host, was already the latest public figure to suggest that President Obama could be impeached, over his actions related to the so-called "sequester." This time, his regimedecided to release what could end up being "a total of nearly 10,000 illegal immigrants"from jails and prisons... before any budget cuts even went into effect!

On Limbaugh's Feb. 27th show, stated:
"The president of the United States has opened up the jails. The president of the United States, because of budget cuts which have not happened yet, has released 500 or so illegal immigrants, and, by definition, of law, they are criminals... Janet 'Big Sis' Napolitano says that because the sequester is gonna cut 1% of their $2 billion detention budget, they will no longer be able to afford to detain as many as 30,000 criminals....

In what used to be considered, if we can remember this far back, normal, sane times, this is an impeachable offense. This is in direct violation of the oath of office. Defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the people. We're opening the doors of prisons before the sequester has even happened, before there have even been any budget cuts. This is so childish, except the consequences are real for people that live nearby these detention centers. This is on-the-ground, hard, cold reality...

Let's not forget, thanks to Obama's various executive orders, ICE, the immigration people, no longer detain any illegal aliens unless they've been convicted of a serious crime. That's who we're talking about here. You have to commit a serious crime before we detain you, if you're illegal. So this isn't just a bunch of discriminated against freedom fighters that have been wrongly jailed finally seeing freedom at all. These really are convicted criminals that are being released."

Of course, this comes hot on the heels of the latest impeachable offenses by President Obama -- this time, this time, trying to impose gun control on our country. The American people have been successful (so far) in stopping Congress from passing new laws that would violate the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution... but now Barack Hussein Obama is threatening to impose "gun control" by Executive Order in order to BYPASS Congress!

At his press conference recently, Obama floated the possibility of using "executive action" to enact policies aimed at "reducing gun violence," stating that, "I'm confident that there aresome steps that we can take that don't require legislation and that are within my authority as president."

In response, a U.S. Congressman is now threatening toIMPEACH OBAMA if he takes such actions against gun rights. Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) has threatened that he would file articles of impeachment against President Obama if he institutes gun control measures with an executive order:
"I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment... Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible. Underno circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person -- much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court."

Stockman warned that such executive orders would be "unconstitutional" and "infringe on our constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms." He concluded by claiming that an executive order would be not just "not just an attack on the Constitution," but also an "attack on Americans. If the president is allowed to suspend constitutional rights on his own personal whims, our free republic has effectively ceased to exist," he said.

But what has Barack Obama already done to deserve IMPEACHMENT?

Constitution Lawyer Michael Connelly recently published a comprehensive list of what he calls his "dirty dozen of impeachable offenses" committed by President Barack Hussein Obama -- "offenses that subject him to being impeached by the Congress of the United States". He emphatically states, "President Obama has actively attempted to subvert, ignore, and completely destroy large parts of the Constitution. I believe the President of the United States is well aware of what he is doing, and it is completely intentional."

Connelly's "dirty dozen" list has been viewed online more than 25 MILLION TIMES -- it's time to force Congress to TAKE ACTION and IMPEACH OBAMA, once and for all!

Constitutional Attorney Connelly lists his "dirty dozen" of Obama's impeachable offenses:
  1. President Obama has appointed numerous people to cabinet level positions without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate, as is required by the Constitution.
  2. The push by Pres. Obama to pass healthcare legislation in the Congress of the United States that he was fully aware was unconstitutional.
  3. Despite the fact that the United States Senate refused to pass the Cap and Trade bill, the President has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to use regulations to implement key portions of the bill, including those regulating so-called greenhouse gases... in direct defiance of the will of the people of the United States, the will of Congress, and the Constitution.
  4. Obama has placed a moratorium on offshore oil drilling or exploration off both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and in parts of the Gulf of Mexico. He has also prohibited new drilling exploration on federal land in any states in the United States... in direct defiance of several court orders issued by Federal Judge Martin Feldman in New Orleans.
  5. Instead of allowing American companies to drill for oil domestically, Obama hasbetrayed the American people and authorized loans of billions of dollars to countries like Brazil and Mexico so that they can drill for oil, and then sell that oil to the United States. Obama has also refused to approve the keystone pipeline from Canada to the United States that would not only lessen our dependence on oil from countries like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, but create thousands of new jobs in the United States. The decision on the pipeline is one that belongs in the hands of the members of Congress, not the President.
  6. President Obama has abdicated his responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States against illegal immigration. He has virtually declared our southern border an open border by declaring certain areas of federal land in states like Arizona as off-limits to federal, state, and local authorities... He has also ordered the border patrol not to arrest most illegal immigrants entering the country, and has stopped deportation proceedings against thousands of people in this country illegally. He is in effect instituting the so-called "dream act" bypassing the Congress of the United States which has sole authority over immigration matters.




  1. The President and his Attorney General Eric Holder have clearly violated their oath of office by joining with foreign countries such as Mexico, Bolivia, and Columbia, in lawsuits against the sovereign states of Arizona, Georgia, and Alabama to stop them from enforcing the federal immigration laws.
  2. President Obama has ordered the Federal Communications Commission to adopt regulations giving the federal government control of the Internet and its contents, including providing Obama with a kill switch that gives him authority to shut down the Internet if he sees fit. This is in direct violation of a decision by the United States Supreme Court that the FCC has no Constitutional authority to control the Internet.
  3. Obama has unilaterally declared that the Defense of Marriage Act passed by the Congress is unconstitutional, and further declared that he will not have the Justice Department defend it against lawsuits. His administration has also refused to enforce laws against voter intimidation and federal law that requires states to purge their voter registration lists of deceased individuals and those that are registered illegally. In addition, the Justice Department is refusing to allow states to enforce laws requiring proof of identity by voters at the polls. Obama has essentially said that he is the supreme ruler of the United States, and that the Congress and the Federal Judiciary are irrelevant.
  4. It has been widely reported that acting through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms the Obama administration was involved for months in getting legitimate and law-abiding gun store owners along our southern border to supply weapons to straw buyers who the government knew would deliver them to the drug cartels in Mexico. The administration has, in effect, armed our enemies, and one border patrol agent has already been killed by one of these weapons. Now, Obama continues to impose gun control laws by Executive order so he will not have to deal with Congress. The administration is also refusing to cooperate with the committees in the House of Representatives that are investigating the entire operation. It is even defying Congressional subpoenas.
  5. The President of the United States is not authorized by the Constitution to take our nation to war without the consent of the Congress of the United States. The President committed members of the United States military to combat missions in a foreign country (Libya) without the consent of Congress. He based his authority on a United Nations resolution, and a resolution by the Arab League. Now, administration is taking the position that it can ignore Congress as long as it has United Nations approval or NATO approval. The White House also insisted that language be included in the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that gives the President sole authority to order the military to arrest and indefinite detain American citizens on U.S. soil if the President suspects them of terrorist ties, followed almost immediately by another unconstitutional executive order titled the National Defense Resources Preparation order. It includes language that appears to give Obama the authority to declare martial law in peacetime, and take over the allocation of everything from food and fuel to transportation and health care. This violates the Constitution in a number of different ways.
  6. Since taking office the President has used executive orders, laws pushed through Congress in the dark of night, and administrative actions by his departments to nationalize and control automobile manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and portions of the healthcare industry. This is designed to take our country from a free enterprise economy to a socialist economy. There is absolutely no authority in the Constitution of the United States that allows the President to do this.


This "dirty dozen" list of impeachable offenses committed by Barack Obama is just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG! It's time to GET HIM OUT OF OFFICE!

It's THE LAW that every year, the President is REQUIRED to submit a budget to Congress. He is REQUIRED BY LAW to submit a budget no earlier than the first Monday in January, and no later than the first Monday in February.

The law (31 U.S.C. 1105(a)) reads: "On or after the first Monday in January but not later than the first Monday in February of each year, the President shall submit a budget of the United States Government for the following fiscal year."

So, President Obama sent his budget to Congress by February 4th... right?

WRONG. In fact, the White House is now saying Obama's budget "will probably come outApril 8." And it's NOT the first time this has happened -- in fact, it's the FOURTH time in five years the president has FAILED to submit a budget on time!

Obama's NEVER late on picking his Final Four bracket teams... but he's almost ALWAYS late on obeying the LAW and submitting a budget to Congress in time!

Do you GET that? President Barack Obama has BROKEN THE LAW over and over and over and over again -- with impunity! It's not a felony... but it IS amisdemeanor... which is an IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE!

Judge Andrew Napolitano, now a Legal Analyst at Fox News, is the latest legal figure to suggest that President Obama could be impeached over spending cuts in the so-called "sequester."

After Fox's Steve Doocy noted that Obama and his administration were "scaring the living daylights out of people," and that "He's become President Panic," Napolitano replied:
"This is almost an impeachable offense. If the president is deciding how to spend money in order to hurt us, rather than in order to provide us with the services for which we have paid and for which we have hired him, he is doing the opposite of what he has taken an oath to do... He has taken an oath to uphold the laws. That means make the government work. Don't make it painful, find a way to make it work on 2 percent less... That's the way the constitution works!"

More and more reports are coming out, saying that Barack Hussein Obama is blatantlyand deliberately violating the U.S. Constitution -- which is an IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE!The latest article is in the Washington Post, entitled, "Obama's recess appointments are unconstitutional" -- calling Obama's actions "a constitutional abuse of a high order"!

The United States Constitution isn't "optional" -- it's the law of the land. And it states very clearly in Article II, Section 4: "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

President Barack Hussein Obama has committed multiple "high crimes and misdemeanors" -- because deliberately violating that same Constitution IS a high crime!

The recent Washington Post article, written by Edwin Meese III and Todd Gaziano (a former U.S. attorney general and a former Office of Legal Counsel lawyer who provided advice to presidents on recess appointment issues), laid this issue out very clearly: "President Obama's attempt to unilaterally appoint three people to seats... is more than an unconstitutional attempt to circumvent the Senate's advise-and-consent role. It is a breathtaking violation of the separation of powers and the duty of comity that the executive owes to Congress... never before has a president purported to make a 'recess' appointment when the Senate is demonstrably not in recess. That is a constitutional abuse of a high order."

The United States Constitution, in Article II, Section 1, states that before anyone can be President, he has to take the following Oath:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Obama took that oath. Again. This time, he put his hand on TWO Bibles when he spoke those words. And in so doing, one thing is very clear: HE LIED.

So exactly how has Barack Obama blatantly and repeatedly violated the very Constitution that he has sworn to uphold?

Well, let's start with the most recent example: he made unconstitutional "recess appointments" to the CFPB and the labor union-friendly NLRB. As reported by Michael Barone at Real Clear Politics:
"Unfortunately, the 44th president is running an administration that too often seems to ignore the rule of law. "We can't wait," Barack Obama took to saying after the Republicans captured a majority in the House and refused to pass laws he wanted. He would act to get what he wanted regardless of law.

One example: his recess appointments in January 2012 of three members of the National Labor Relations Board and the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Last month, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled unanimously that the NLRB recess appointments were unconstitutional.

YOU READ THAT RIGHT -- a federal court found Obama GUILTY of deliberately violating the U.S. Constitution, when he granted "recess appointments" to his cronies... when the Senate was NOT in recess!

As Barone went on to explain, "The decision, written by Judge David Sentelle, noted that the Constitution speaks of 'the recess,' not 'a recess,' and reasoned that it could only be referring to the recess between annual sessions of Congress."

Now, granted, a lot of presidents have interpreted the phrase as referring to any recess during which Congress is not in session. But that wasn't enough for Obama -- he decided to take things much further. As Meese and Gaziano report, not only was the Senate NOT in recess when these purported appointments were made; it constitutionally could not have been!
Article I, Section 5, of the Constitution states that neither house of Congress may adjourn for more than three days without the consent of the other house. The House of Representatives did not consent to a Senate recess of more than three days at the end of last year, and so the Senate, consistent with the requirements of the Constitution, must have some sort of session every few days.

The president and anyone else may object that the Senate is conducting "pro forma" sessions, but that does not render them constitutionally meaningless, as some have argued. In fact, the Senate did pass a bill during a supposedly "pro forma" session on Dec. 23, a matter the White House took notice of since the president signed the bill into law. The president cannot pick and choose when he deems a Senate session to be "real."

It does not matter one whit that most members of Congress are out of town and allow business to be conducted by their agents under unanimous consent procedures, because ending a session of Congress requires the passage of a formal resolution, which never occurred and could not have occurred without the consent of the House."

When Harry Reid became Senate majority leader in 2007, in order to keep George W. Bush from making any recess appointments that Reid didn't like, he started holding what are referred to as "pro forma" meetings of the Senate every three days, and stating that the Senate was not in recess. President Bush, who had made recess appointments before, stopped doing any more of them, because of Reid's actions.

President Bush took the view that, since the Constitution says that each branch of Congress makes its own rules, the Senate WAS in session if the Senate SAID it was. But NOT Barack Obama! HE took the view that HE would decide whether or not the Senate was in session. WHO CARES what the Constitution says, right?

Well, as federal judge Sentelle pointed out, Obama's view would entitle the president to make a recess appointment any time he wanted to -- even if the Senate just broke for lunch! "This cannot be the law," the judge wrote!

IT'S NOT THE LAW -- in fact, under Obama's view, the Senate's power to advise and consent could effectively vanish! WE have to do everything WE can to STOP OBAMA from destroying the U.S Constituion -- and that means he must beIMPEACHED NOW!

It seems like a drastic step to take: impeaching and removing the President of the United States. But with SO MANY repeated and deliberate violations of the U.S. Constitution,drastic times require drastic measures.

WE MUST at least TRY to get Obama OUT of the White House, before he completely GUTS the Constitution -- but we can't do it without YOUR HELP!
