At any rate once we get through the primaries
they will all have to address the issue
And its going to be a very very hard sell for the dems who as we
all know are for total amnesty

The goal as expressed by such movement leaders NumbersUSA's Roy Beck and the Center for Immigration Studies' Mark Krikorian is that there be steadily declining numbers of illegal aliens and that half the illegal aliens here now be living (not just visiting) in their home countries in five years or the end of the next Presidential administration.
This process of voluntary repatriation attrition through enforcement will not happen immediately it will first be preceeded by their loss of jobs, drivers licenses and public benefits.
A significant minority of the adult illegal aliens here are already eligible for adjustment to legal status under existing programs. They, their families and employers have not all bothered to file. Some will return to their home countries rather than use them some will go through the process.
Romney is aware of these facts and has expressed them at times more articulately than he did on Russert.
I personally have the belief that the repatriation process can be made more effective if the immigrants legal and other wise can be educated to use their money invest in their home countries rather than bring their people here without our authorization.I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Pine
A new estimate puts them at 38 million
Keep in mind also that Tenn has a law that went into effect
today just like the one in Arizona
There are lots that are going back to Mexico or wherever but a large
amount will go to other sanctuary areas in the US
This country is becoming Balkanized and until we get a national policy
of 0 tolerance the problem really won't improve
