Thread: Morones: No driver's license in NY is Amnesty for illegals

Morones is now spining Spitzer's latest decision to pull back driver's licenses for illegal aliens. He said today on his show that it is Amnesty. The loonecy of this guy! Just like when Comprehensive Immigration Reform was defeited, he declared that they (illegals) got amnesty.
He is trying to change the definition of amnesty, which most americans oppose, as not giving illegals documentation and therefore they become forgotten.

Morones is irrelevant, it is the people and media that cloak his real views in fluffy rhetoric that are the problem. He is a nothing without his heated rheoric catering to illegal aliens and the aztlan believers.

The San Diego Union-Tribune posted his January 3, 2006 letter to the editor which shows just how radical he is. The url and a few quotes follow.

Actually, the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo was signed after the war. As I recall it was more like, the war was started because the United States allowed Texas into the U.S. once Texas voted for it, in spite of Mexico's threats. Mexico never acknowledged Texas's independence from Mexico.

There are lots of other quotes in there for how evil the United States is, I guess we should be more like Mexico.

Morones constant need for media attention is so obvious. A recent case is the staged a protest he led by agreeing to a debate with GilChrist, then "daring " everyone to leave the debate before it began.

I haven't been able to find what I once read that stated he is paid by the Mexican government. But here's some info. Looks like he's an anchor baby, college-educated, hosts a radio program for California's Democratic Party, does some lectures, and has several organizations he's started besides The Border Angels (from which he probably takes donations).
