Did you know that the Rockettes have been pressured to stop depicting the Birth of Christ number at the end of their Christmas show? They have flatly refused to do so. Their position is that it has always been the Christmas show, everyone knows that's what it is, and those who may be offended simply can choose not to attend that particular performance.

I just happened to hear this being discussed as my daughter was trying to find a radio station to tune in to and it really took me by surprise. To start targeting shows specifically meant as Christmas shows is beyond going too far.

I agree. That is beyond going too far! Christ's birth is the whole reason we celebrate Christmas! I'm glad the Rockettes took a stand! The Christians of the world have had enough of the world trying to prohibit our religion and our holidays! Shame on the protesters! Coal in their stockings for sure!
