She says that the border will never be 100 percent completely secured because of the terrain along the border.

Asked about David Hartley, says they reached out immediately to Mexico, offering state and federal help. says she doesnt know if the crime took place in Mexico or US waters, ASSUMING the crime took place to begin with. added more border patrol, marine and land agents.

says mexican investigators are taking their time in the hartley case.
says we need to let them do their job and we just need to support and be patient.

asked about mexico being like colombia 20 years ago. says cartels are great concern for both US and Mexico presidents. doing whatever we can to help and talks about the growing violence.

I got a kick out of her when she said they were working hard with Mexico to help with the drug cartel problem.

Really, Janet? Then why are you letting these illegal alien drug runners live and work right here in our National forest without lifting so much as a finger in protest? Where are our law enforcement agents who are trained to take them out of there like they do to criminals on the streets everyday? Why aren't you sending them in to clean up this mess? Oh, I forgot, it's easier to just post a sign telling the legal citizens of this country to keep off the land they're funding with their tax dollars, huh? How long before Mexico tells you to post another sign somewhere, then another, and another . . .

Nappy made my blood boil, as usual. Greta asked Nappy what she needed to solve the problem of illegal immigration and get the border secured. Nappy of course said the answer is Comprehensive Immigration Reform. More blackmail. Give us CIR first, THEN we secure the border.

Of course, as usual Nappy spouted the BS that "the border is more secure than its ever been". Her proof? That Border Patrol has confiscated more guns and more drugs, so this INCREASE proves higher enforcement. Except she then says they've captured FEWER illegal aliens. But this of course ALSO proves more enforcement. Nappy claims this is because fewer illegal aliens are trying to cross. BS. They are simply letting MORE of them get through. Nappy wants it both ways, and thinks we won't notice.

MORE guns + MORE drugs confiscated = proof of better security

AND

FEWER illegal aliens captured = proof of better security

How does this make sense? How stupid does she think we are?

Thank you for posting the video interview jamesw62. I do not want to watch her again, but others should if they missed the interview. Her statements are ridiculous.
