Thread: Need guidence in laws regarding spousal fraud for greencard

I have a friend who was married to a documented illegal for 10years. He paid taxes ( was issued a ss#) and was in contant contact with INS to keep issued work papers during his stay. Still an illegal ....I know...but at least he was documented. Never the less, I will be making this long story short and will answer any questions posted. He was deported in their 8th year of marriage and left behind a wife and three children who biologically were not his ( father died) He raised them as his own. The family was forced to move out of there home and in with relatives and the wife worked incredable hours to try to support the children and him, sending him$500 a month. The man is Romanian not Mexican. he was granted a visa and a greencard packet in May of this year ( after 2.5 years out of country) He never got on flight scheduled by wife. He contacted her and assured her he was coming home but needed more time. A couple of weeks later her informed her he was arriving on June 9th and to be at the airport . He gave her the time of 3:15 and told her the airline but no flight number. He told her to bring the kids as he had presents for them all. Keep in mind the family was still healing from the shock of his actions a few weeks earlier when he didnt come home. She had been informed two days prior to his second scheduled arrival ( through his sister in law) that he was flying into Miami with a women he had been having an affair and living with for over 7 months. When confronted, she told him that he should not try to enter the US as she was informing the INS and would have him arrested for fraud.he was totally convincing, as cons are, and reassured his wife that his family was just being cruel because of jealousy. He begged her to be at the airport at 3:15 and said he swore on his childrens lives that he would be there. He once again told her to bring the kids. She went , but didnt take the children because she said that if by chance he didnt show up she couldnt bare to watch them go through the hurt all over again. She didnt even tell them he was flying in. She drove to Dulles airport ( two hours away) and waited. He never showed. We have a friend in the FBI who put a "red flag" on his name and ss#. He found out that this man actually flew into Miami on Friday the 8th of June. We figured out the timeline and came to the conclusion that he was, in fact, on his way to Bucharest (6 hours from his town) when he talked to his wife to convince her he was coming home to her. It was mearly a smoke screen for her not to alert the authorities. He flew into Miami with his Russian girlfriend and is in Miami living with her relatives. Is is possible for my friend and her family to be removed as sponsers for this man?? Can his greencard be revoked and his visa voided?? Any help or suggestions would be appriciated.

You can put a complaint in and it may be possible to get his papers revoked as when you sign you claim they are true.
