[Update #2] Appears that like magic the phones are working again but only for some… is this a test to see how long the government would have before word spread? No word on whether “some” were experiencing hot spot issues or if this was, indeed, done deliberately. Also no word as to whether everyone has service back again.


[Update #3] We are hearing that cell service is not down and a member of the Bundy family has been contacted to verify that cell service is up and working. No explanation given as to why it was not working for some and seems to work fine for others, other than possibly hot spot issues. Will update if further information becomes available.

If this is true then the government is nearing their endgame and do not want the world to witness what comes next. Prison Planet’s Paul Joesph Watson sent out a tweet, shown below, which says the Bundy family is reporting that the government has shut down the cell towers to prevent communications and video uploads from being shared with a country that is watching a government terrorist attack against the last rancher standing in the Bunkerville area of Nevada.




Should this be true and not some coincidental hot spot issue, then the government wants to make sure that their actions are not shared until they can get their side of the story out. Perhaps a false flag claim that the militia or the Bundy’s fired first?

We have already seen Commissioner Tom Collins state that people headed to the Bundy ranch to support the family from the terrorist acting Bureau of Land Management, should “have funeral plans,” and the militias stating they are prepared to shoot if it becomes necessary.

(NaturalNews) In 1989, members of China's Democracy Movement staged a massive protest in Tiananmen Square. In response, the communist Chinese government commanded near-total control over the nation's media while dispatching heavily armed soldiers and tanks to surround and intimidate the protesters.

Today, the U.S. government has dispatched hundreds of heavily armed soldiers, snipers and helicopters to lay siege to a ranch near Bunkerville Nevada, called the "Bundy Ranch," where the Bundy family has been running cattle since the 1870's. In 1949, the federal Bureau of Land Management was created, and in the 1990's the BLM claimed (false) authority to start charging "grazing fees" for Bundy's cattle. Today, the BLM claims the Bundy family owes over $1 million to the government.

Feds engage in Chinese-style brutality and violence
In order to collect that $1 million and lay seize the land the Bundy family has been using for generations, the BLM in engaged in the very same kind of brutality and threat of violence that the Chinese government used against its protesters in 1989. I fact, similarities between the two are numerous:

• The mainstream media now functions as a total government mouthpiece, broadcasting lies and propaganda such as the false claim that "a protester kicked one of the BLM's security dogs." (In fact, a BLM officer verbally commanded the dog to attack the protesters.) This is similar to the Chinese government directly controlling virtually the entire Chinese press.

• The massive show of unjustified force, such as positioning government snipers on hilltops around the Bundy ranch, with line-of-sight inside the Bundy home so that shots can be taken to kill the Bundy family.

• The deployment of absurd "overkill" hardware: Tanks in the case of China, and government helicopters in the case of the Bundy ranch in Nevada. It has also been reported by Pete Santilli and Adam Kokesh that BLM has hired Blackwater-style operatives to don BLM badges and wade into the scene as soldiers for hire.

• The intimidation and silencing of local law enforcement. In the case of the Bundy ranch in Nevada, the local Sheriff of Clark County has the constitutional authority to arrest all BLM personnel for felony theft of cattle and trespassing. Yet he has been intimidated into silence, thereby abandoning his own constituents. In China, officials who were friendly to the protesters were demoted, purged or kidnapped and killed by the Chinese government.

• The Chinese government declared Martial Law and arrested anyone they wished. Similarly in Nevada, the BLM has declared a state of effective Martial Law by threatening to arrest anyone who sets foot on the desert dirt. The BLM also set up a "First Amendment Zone" and threatened to arrest anyone who strayed outside the zone who wished to express their First Amendment rights. Dave Bundy, son of Cliven Bundy was brutalized and arrested for taking photographs on a public highway.(1)

Liberal media openly supports use of government violence against cowboys

So far, the federal government has stolen over 350 head of cattle from the Bundy family. Cattle theft is a felony crime in the State of Nevada. The federal government, in fact, began this standoff by arriving on scene with heavy weapons and then proceeding to engage in multiple felony crimes.

The federal government believes it has the right to do anything it wants to anybody it wants merely because it wields the most firepower. The federal government utterly lacks any legitimate authority to seize land which, under Common Law precedent, has been worked, protected and ranched by the Bundy family for over a century. The U.S. Constitution strictly forbids the federal government from interfering in state business. This limitation has been willfully ignored, of course, by the feds.


The feds drew blood by shooting Dave Bundy with a Taser. A video shows Dave smacking the taser probes away from his body in self defense. This show of blood and violence against conservative ranchers is all but encouraged by the liberal media by their silence. If this were happening in any other country, the U.S. media would cover it as international news.

The media's silence on this story is an endorsement of federal brutality against ranchers. If this were taking place in Russia, North Korea or China, it would be international news. But because it's taking place in America, the U.S. media has defaulted to near-silence as a way to cover for the Obama administration which apparently can do no wrong, not even when aiming government snipers at American families.

The liberal media appears to wholly endorse these violent actions, including the brutality which has been exercised against innocent protesters, by trying to downplay the reality of the situation. The Washington Post, for example, characterized this massive armed siege as "government wanting to move a few cattle, and some people aren't happy." That sort of downplaying of reality smacks of a government-run press publishing propaganda rather than factual reporting.

Without question, if Cliven Bundy happened to be openly gay -- as in Brokeback Mountain style -- mainstream media coverage would be entirely different. The cultural narrative now being pushed by TV shows, movies and the media is that it is perfectly acceptable to brutalize cowboys and conservatives, but not at all acceptable to even criticize those who choose alternative gay lifestyles. (I will even be verbally assaulted for merely bringing up the comparison!) Somehow, members of the Bundy family being "cowboys" makes them automatically suspect in the distorted eyes of the liberal "anti-liberty" media.

I mention this because it is important to understand why the liberal media is intentionally standing by and doing nothing while innocent Americans are brutalized and threatened at gunpoint. In the minds of the lamestream media, ranchers, conservatives, meat producers and gun owners all deserve to die in violent acts perpetrated against them by a righteous government that controls all land and all natural resources. Therefore, the federal government must be doing the right thing in Nevada, they figure, and anyone who takes a stand in defense of a meat-producing cowboy is obviously not to be taken seriously, they imply.

Shame on the mainstream media -- the propaganda arm of the U.S. government -- for ignoring this Tiananmen-style assault on fundamental American freedoms. This is not the America we all know! This is a nation of government tyranny and media complicity to silence the truth and destroy fundamental freedoms.

HANNITY: The feds don’t even own the land Bundy’s cattle have been grazing on, it’s STATE PROPERTY

This is getting ridiculous. Hannity reported on Greta tonight that the land the BLM has taken over to capture Bundy’s cattle is STATE property, not federal property, and that BLM is using the Endangered Species Act to control it. He also says there’s no eminent domain at work here and this land where Bundy’s cattle are grazing isn’t going to be used by anybody for anything:

Dana Loesch is reporting on the back story behind what’s going here and it appears that Harry Reid’s tentacles are all over this:

A tortoise isn’t the reason why BLM is harassing a 67 year-old rancher. They want his land. The tortoise wasn’t of concern when Harry Reid worked BLM to literally change the boundaries of the tortoise’s habitat to accommodate the development of his top donor, Harvey Whittemore. Whittemore was convicted of illegal campaign contributions to Senator Reid. Reid’s former senior adviser is now the head of BLM.

Reid is accused of using the new BLM chief as a puppet to control Nevada land (already over 84% of which is owned by the federal government) and pay back special interests. BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development. Clearly these developments have vastly affected a tortoise habitat more than a century-old, quasi-homesteading grazing area. If only Clive Bundy were a big Reid donor.


BLM has also tried to argue that the rules have changed, long after Bundy claims he secured rights and paid his dues to Clark County, Nevada. BLM says they supersede whatever agreement Bundy had prior; they demanded that he reduce his living, his thousand-some-odd head of cattle down to a tiny herd of 150. It’s easy for the government to grant itself powers of overreach, but it doesn’t make it right. Many bad things are done in the name of unjust laws. Just look at Obamacare. This heavy-handed tactic has run the other ranchers from the area and now Bundy is the last one. He’s the last one because he stood up to the federal government.

Approximately 40 protesters gathered outside Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department headquarters on Friday asking for Sheriff Doug Gillespie to intervene and “protect the people” involved in the Cliven Bundy cattle dispute.

The gathering organized by tea party supporters called for Gillespie to “do his job” and protect the Bundy family from the federal government.

“Sheriff Gillespie is the top elected law enforcement officer in Clark County and he has abdicated his role as sheriff leaving the people of Clark County void of protection from abuse by the federal government,” said Connie Foust, president of the Virgin Valley Tea Party in Mesquite and co-organizer of the protest.

Organizers also called for peaceful civil disobedience, and for supporters from Nevada and outside the state to leave their weapons at home, and not to wear camouflage.

Supporters of Bundy are upset at the tactics used by agents of the Bureau of Land Management during the round up of the family’s cattle, including the arrest of one of Bundy’s sons, Dave Bundy, on Sunday by federal agents for “refusing to disperse” and resisting address.

On Wednesday, video footage emerged of a clash between angry protesters and BLM rangers that shows Cliven Bundy’s sister being tackled to the ground, and another son being shot with a stun gun.

Two brothers from St. George, Utah, were detained and cited by federal authorities Thursday for trespassing after intentionally crossing beneath a gate blocking the road to Overton Beach. The BLM also abandoned planned so-called “First Amendment areas” on Thursday after criticism from elected officials including Gov. Brian Sandoval.

Protesters on Friday said they had heard rumors of federal snipers in the hills around the ranch and roundup, as well as the removal of water tanks pushing the cattle to the river, causing some of the cattle to die.

“We need to hold our local and federal officials responsible for their actions or inactions,” Foust said. “Free speech zones are not acceptable. Snipers are not acceptable. Intimidation is not acceptable.”

The BLM said the security measures were taken after threats of violence made by Bundy family members and others.

The bureau has temporarily closed off nearly 600,000 acres of public land to round up of more than 900 head of cattle. Bundy, whose ranch is approximately 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, left his livestock on the land but hasn’t paid federal grazing fees since 1993. Amy Lueders, state director of the BLM in Nevada, said this week Bundy owes nearly $1 million.

Niger Innis, a Republican candidate for Nevada Congressional District 4, told the crowd the “federal officials are being abusive” and violating people’s civil rights.
But Innis urged all protesters — including so-called militia members who have said they are coming from outside Nevada — to remain peaceful and leave their weapons at home.

WELL, WELL, WELL: Dingy Harry Reid Behind Feds' Land Grab Attacks on Rancher in Sleazy Payback Deal

The politicians who fixed this deal are Senator Harry Reid and his son, Rory. And they did so on behalf of the Communist Chinese who intend to build the largest solar energy complex in America.

This week, the Bureau of Land Management has been attempting to confiscate the cattle of Cliven Bundy, the last rancher in Nevada's Clark County. On Wednesday, BLM agents confronted the Bundy family and supporters, using attack dogs, tasers and stun guns. Bundy's son was tased and his daughter thrown to the ground. Three others were injured. Bundy supporters eventually drove the BLM off, but not before they had taken some cattle.

The BLM claims the cattle are "tresspassing" on land designated for the endangered desert tortoise. This designation is a red flag that something else is going on. Desert tortoises have co-existed with cattle for over 100 years and the cattle offer no threat.Sure enough, as Dana Loesch reports today in a great piece of investigative journalism, Senator Harry Reid, known as "Cleanface" by the Nevada mob, and named by Judicial Watch as one of Washington's "Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians," has been using the BLM to seize rangeland on behalf of campaign contributors. One of Reid's former senior advisors, Neil Kornze, was recently appointed to lead the BLM, but he has worked there since 2011, and been de facto leader for at least a year. According to Loesch, Reid even ordered BLM to alter boundaries of tortoise habitat to allow top contributor, Harvey Whittemore, to develop the land. Yet another compassionate Democrat concerned for the environment. Good old Cleanface.

All other ranchers have been driven out of the county, but Bundy refuses to bend. The BLM claims Bundy owes them grazing fees dating back to 1993, however, he says his grazing rights predate the BLM, his family has used the land since the 1800s and those rights should have been grandfathered in. Contrary to BLM's accusations, Bundy has been paying grazing fees, but to the governmental entity he believes has true title to the land: Clark County, Nevada. Loesch relates:

The BLM arrived much later, changed the details of the setup without consulting with Bundy — or any other rancher — and then began systematically driving out cattle and ranchers. Bundy refused to pay BLM, especially after they demanded he reduce his heard’s head count down to a level that would not sustain his ranch.

The BLM may have authority under the Taylor Grazing Act of 1934. Bundy says that "public land" belongs to the citizens, but the court claimed that “the public lands in Nevada are the property of the United States because the United States has held title to those public lands since 1848, when Mexico ceded the land to the United States.” In justifying the seizure the court stated "Bundy’s cattle have caused and continue to cause damage to natural and cultural resources and pose a threat to public safety." It would be interesting to see the justification for that claim. What "cultural resources" exist in that open, undeveloped, remote area, and what was the damage to natural resources? Certainly not the tortoise, which they used as an excuse to close the off the land in the first place. What they really want is the land.

The desert tortoise is so "endangered" in this area, that the government is planning to euthanize some of them. Furthermore, the tortoise was virtually extinct before people even settled the area. Ranchers actually improved its prospects by accessing springs and developing other water sources, according to Myron Ebell, Director of the Competitive Enterprise Institute's Energy and Environment Center. But with the extreme environmentalists at the Interior Department no good deed goes unpunished, because they want the land, period.
The government's agenda in this and many other land confiscation activities is actually motivated by Agenda 21's "Rewilding" program, which advocates pushing humans out of rural areas entirely, and into densely packed urban zones. The idea was a brainchild of Dave Foreman, founder of EarthFirst! who popularized the use of tree-spiking to prevent logging. Read here how it's working out in California. However, these environmental hypocrites have all shown their true color when these "precious lands" subsequently are sold, developed or otherwise used to benefit the politicians who fixed the deal.

The politicians who fixed this deal are Senator Harry Reid and his son, Rory. And they did so on behalf of the Communist Chinese who intend to build the largest solar energy complex in America. Reuters reports:

[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert. Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.
“His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.” (Emphasis added.)

So now we get the true picture. Likely Clark County political corruption going along with this. All for the tortoise, that will doubtless become completely extinct when this massive monstrosity blankets its ground. This issue needs to be fought at every level and Harry Reid & Co. need to be brought up on charges!

Bundy is getting some support. Sheriff Richard Mack, founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Police Officers Association, is traveling to the ranch along with some fellow CSPOA members, and state representatives from Arizona and Nevada, as well as Nevada's governor, Brian Sandoval, have issued criticisms.
Sandoval has taken a wait and see attitude. "Earlier this week, I advised the BLM not to limit or hinder the constitutional rights of Nevadans and be mindful of its conduct..." he said. Clearly the BLM has done neither. Will Sandoval let them get away with it? It is now clear what is happening. Will Sandoval allow this fraud to continue? Is he part of it? This is a telling moment for the Republican govenor. Will he do his job and honor his oath to "support and defend the U.S. Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic?" Right now it appears that we are lookng at enemies both foreign and domestic.

The legal issues on the land rights may be debatable, but the federal government's increasingly despotic behavior toward defenseless citizens is completely without justification. Furthermore, its alleged reasoning is outrageous, given what we now know about the filthy handed, "Cleanface," Harry Reid.
This is a defining issue and a defining moment in U.S. history, one that should be at the forefront of our nation's attention today.
