Durbin cleared up (said Sessions was lying about the waiver) this is what it says right out of the Summary on the Senate website:

Authorizes the Secretary to waive specified grounds of inadmissibility or deportability for humanitarian, family unity, or public interest purposes

This is one of my biggest concerns as I stated under another topic. The parents will not be deported for the reasons quoted above. They will all claim it to be inhumane for family unity reasons. The Dream Act is nothing short of being a mass back door amensty.
