Exclamation Time Magazine Columnist Propagating Amnesty Support Lies

I sent a letter similar to the following to the editor of Time magazine as feedback to a recent column. Even Time is in on the spewing of lies about amnesty to make Americans think it's a done-deal and that they're in the minority if they're not onboard with amnestying the 12 - 18 million illegals soaking up American jobs, tax dollars, and classroom space.

In Fareed Zakaria's Time magazine "Worldview" column "Will He Fight or Compromise." (Feb. 18, 2013 edition), he states that "Thumping majorities of Americans support immigration reform. Some 72% say undocumented workers should be given green cards or citizenship." Where was Mr. Zakaria's source poll taken? Mexico? NOWHERE have I seen these numbers, and I have kept abreast of immigration issues since the 1980s. What are his sources? A good journalist would use more than one poll, and I think it would be difficult to find even one poll that reports this propagandist number. I used to rely on your magazine for unbiased reporting, but over the last year your left-leaning has you so tilted that I plan to end my subscription. I could get "facts" like Mr. Zakaria's from any La Raza publication.

Anyone else care to respond to Mr. Zakaria's propaganda? (letters@time.com)

Zakaria, Fareed. "Will He fight or Compromise?" Time Feb. 18 2013: 20. Print.
