New York - Child Taken Because Dad Read Gun Magazine

Government-run gun confiscation kickback program exposed

The psychiatrist can then push a button which notifies the V.A. police and they come and detain the veteran.

The doctors reportedly get a bonus of $3,000 per veteran that gives up their guns voluntarily or involuntarily.
Reading a hunting magazine in New York may lead your doctor to consider you a threat.

In a series of events, which amplify the fallacy of the “see something, say something” snitch campaign, Ulster County resident Damir Juric’s visit to the hospital destroyed his life.

In a YouTube interview, Juric said he was given a hunting magazine to read while at the hospital.

Juric said, “The magazine had a property of Benedictine Hospital sticker on it.” According to Juric, when a physician saw this, he immediately considered him a threat, which subsequently led him to lose his daughter, reputation, employment and safety.

Earlier this year, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo demanded psychiatrists turn over all medical records to the state, bestowing upon bureaucrats the power to divide families and grow CPS simply by declaring parents “mentally incompetent,” with intentional disregard to patient privacy laws.

Since Juric’s nightmare began, the New York Supreme Court has ruled that the physician in his case had no evidence and breached confidentiality.

Although the State of New York’s Children and Family Services has cleared Juric as of 2012, the Ulster Family Court has thus far refused to reverse the order which would clear Juric’s name and allow him to see his daughter. They instead issued a warrant for his arrest for unpaid child support.

An embattled Juric recently told Infowars, “They have drained me of everything, I didn’t think this could happen in America.”

Think twice about reading gun magazines in New York; Big Brother is watching and if you are a veteran, Veterans Affairs doctors are purposely seeking you out to take your guns away, as noted in a recent interview with an unnamed VA psychiatrist in NY.

The unnamed VA psychiatrist described the typical visit which ends in gun confiscation.

They come in for about an hour, he said, and ask questions about family and school history followed by a mental health screening which includes prescribing medications. “If they are stable and everything is fine,” the doctor then says, “I see on this progress report you own firearms,” and the veteran will say, “Yes I do.” Then the doctor says,“I’m going to have to ask you to surrender your firearms.”

If the veteran does not agree to surrendering his firearms, the doctor explains he will be involuntarily detained in a psychiatric hospital and the veteran will not be able to leave, go home or go to work unless he complies.

The psychiatrist can then push a button which notifies the V.A. police and they come and detain the veteran.

The doctors reportedly get a bonus of $3,000 per veteran that gives up their guns voluntarily or involuntarily.

They ask questions like, “Do you feel that the government can watch you?” and “Do you believe that the government wants to take your guns?”

Answering “Yes” puts a veteran into the clinical category of “paranoid,” and if you don’t agree with the Obama administration, or are a “patriot,” have a Gadsden flag or listen to “conspiracy theorists, like Alex Jones,” the physician could categorize you as “hostile.”

If a veteran lives in an “all-white” area, he is automatically considered a “white separatist.”

The VA psychiatrist stated, “If you want your medication, you will not have your gun.”

Even if you go in for a physical ailment, they will probably send you to psychiatry because none of the doctors want to be responsible for dispensing pain medication.

The VA psychiatrist also suggested the best thing a veteran can do is not deal with the VA but instead go to another doctor.
However, missing a psychiatric appointment can land a veteran a visit from the VA police and local police (they call it a “wellness check”) complete with an interrogation regarding his missed doctor’s appointment.

Earlier this year, Infowars reported on a Navy Veteran in Connecticut, whose guns were confiscated after a doctor called police to give him a “wellness check.”

According to the psychiatrist, the best suggestion for a veteran dealing with a VA hospital is to comply by saying that you already have a private psychiatrist in mind.

It was also revealed this year that several veterans received letters from the VA stating, “A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition.”

Gun confiscation is now happening nationally through the VA, so be ready for the next phase of citizens gun confiscation to be carried out under the guise of the Obama administration’s Affordable Healthcare Act.
