    I just got off of the phone with USCIS and they even say press 1 for english before anything else.

    I called a friend today and his cell phone voice mail service told me to press 1 for instructions in english and 2 for spanish!!! I ripped him a new A-hole and told him to change services.

    Press one for English for spanish hang up go home and call back from Mexico.
