You don't have to amend the Constitution to end birthright citizenship. All that has to be done is to clarify it so it is not misinterpreted. As far as the courts go, they cannot change the Constitution. Court decisions on this amendment are unconstitutional.

If it does not mean foreign nationals then there would be no
more anchor babies
Its not that hard of a deal and the court hasn't even heard this case
in over a 100 years and the last time they did it pertained to a child of 2 LEGAL RESIDENTS

"Under the jurisdiction thereof" already does not include illegal aliens as they have no jurisdiction if they are in this country illegally. Their jurisdiction is in their home country. This is where the misinterpretation came from.
