I've seen a commercial all in spanish while watching Lou Dobbs.
I also watch "Peoples Court" and the judge keeps quoting things her grandmother used to say- in spanish! What does that have to do with anything? It makes me want to turn off the channel.

And I get my international flavor by watching the Nuggets.

I went into our insurance agency today. The first thing I saw was a huge banner across the desk about Mexico insurance. There were two hispanic secretaries speaking spanish to each other. They talked to the hispanic customer(in spanish) that came in after me first before they talked to me. Guess it's time to find another insurance agency.

I opened the paper to look at the ads and the first ad that catches my eye was one for a Hispanic Business Representative. We have lots of races in my town but the hispanics are the only ones that will have their own business representative.

    Hello BETO,

Long time no see! I think the last time the drug lords were shooting up your neighborhood. It's good to know you are still with us.

See, that doesn't bother me. She's a legal immigrant and American. She's also fluent in English. No different than a quotes form German or Italian grandmothers. I agree, Spanish has become some what of an irritant. Singing the Star Spangled Banner in Spanish really sealed it's fate for me. I was already peeved about the takeover of radio. Craps all over the dial. It was bad enough dodging talk radio, religion and country music when you wanted some rock and roll, now I've got to dodge Spanish too.

With the TV, I delete the Spanish Channels.

    I am still alive...

Just buy XM or Sirius. That will help ya.

Well the military entered to my citie and they took away the drug dealers from here. So we are safe now, for the moment.

The thing that really infuriates me is that there are hundreds of Spanish Only TV and Radio stations! Madison Avenue and corporate America are NOT slowing down...they're not going to stop until we are completely integrated! I'm glad I didn't invest in a 60" plasma tv cuz I'm watching less and less of all this bi-cultural cr*p!!!
