Only it seems that those that are trying to silence or pass this bill just don't have common sense.

    Exactly Peladac!

I sent the same message in so many words to Frankenfeinstein who has it completely backwards. Talk radio is not influencing American's, rather it's reflecting the voice of America.

Anyone is free to start a liberal radio staion, there is no need for regulation (censorship.) They're a bunch of sore losers.

I have cable tv with all the channels...But I listen more to talk radio. I don't think I'm alone. We have woken up, and now we know about all the corruption they are involved in! They aren't going to get away with keeping us in the dark any more!

I love talk radio: Laura Ingraham, Mike Gallagher, Sean Hannity have been strong patriots on our side. No way they are taking that away from us. As for tv I don't watch it much except for Lou Dobbs.

I am listening to Senator Hutchinson. She is saying apprehensions are down. (Maybe the Border Patrol is afraid to apprehend) Now she is saying we are making progress. We need renewed progress on the border security. We might look at fresh approach to look at border security as the President outlined two wks. ago. Calls received wanted border security. She is mentioning guest worker program that will be worked out in the open, tamper proof id to check if here illegally. She is speaking about small business being able to identify who is legal. She is pushing a guest worker program to begin immediately. Problem with this bill was tough issue of what to do with these people here illegally. Since 1986 not a workable program for those coming who could not find jobs in their home country. Perception people would come here, stay illegally, and the American people rose up and said no. She said her amendment came up and was very close. Wants to revisit that.

We cannot rest because the wrath is immeasurable now that the bill went down.

Let's control the debate - let's move forward to pass legislation to end the "anchor babies," and the FREEBIES. BUILD THE FENCE. ENFORCE THE LAW.

We must stay engaged, call talk radio, call our senators and representatives, both nationally and locally and tell them what we want - and what we don't want.
    Well said!

Let's protect talk radio. Once again, the opposition doesn't have a leg to stand on. They want to focus just on talk radio! I think C-Span would be a good forum. If people just ask these killer questions:

Why just talk radio? Why not CNN?

Who says what is "fair"? If government-run medial like NPR and PBS can be so one-sided, how can they judge fairness?

Yeah, but most info came from talk radio I would guess. The MSM didn't cover this much at all and what they did cover was BS. They would say "The Senate is debating a bill to strenghten our borders (always said that, even though it was false)...etc...." How many people would have been fooled by that if not for talk radio?
