From your reports of your phone calls today, we learn that some of the negotiators on the big 9/11 Commission bill are starting to show signs of interest in our concerns about the expansion of the Visa Waiver loophole for terrorists.

But the vote may be later this afternoon!

1. Below is a list of the Senate and House Members of the Conference Committee. Please pick out the ones from your state and give them a call as soon as you see this.

2. Also below is a statement from the 9/11 Families for a Secure America who are desperately warning all of us about the dangers of the Visa Waiver expansion being included in this bill. When you call, tell staffers about this plea from families who lost loved ones due to the loopholes throughout our visa and immigration systems.

3. And, at the bottom, is information from the Alert I sent you this morning.

Strip the Visa Waiver Program language OUT of the 9/11 bill.

Whatever you do, make it clear that the language in the 9/11 bill that expands the dangerous Visa Waiver Program must be stripped from the bill!

Six years after 9/11, there should be no program that allows 10 million citizens from 27 different countries to enter our nation for up to 90 days without being required to go through the screening process of first obtaining a visa. Only the United States Congress would think to actually expand the Visa Waiver Program during a time of heightened risk.

As Richard Reid (the infamous shoe bomber [who was a British citizen]) and others have illustrated, foreign nationals from so-called “friendlyâ€

As I read this, it's a come in and out as they please for 3 years. Time to make anchor babies. DHS promise to create an exit system (Bull Crap).

Every week there is some JAckazz putting in pork to amendments/bills that are just flat out very lame for the american people.. WHY? WHY?
