How many Americans (citizens wh can vote in this country) of Hispanic descent actually do not speak English and Only Spanish?
We have lots on non-Hispanic Americans who don't speak English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Russian, Indonesian, Indian, Nigerian, etc you get my drift. The President is not talking to them?
