Every TN congressman outside of my district will not allow receipt of email.
My rep Bart Gordon is contacted, and Marsha Blackburn is one of us so
Im not worried about her but the rest are unreachable outside their district unless someone
knows some tricks.

I think its really, really red that reps refuse to be contacted by those outside
their districts because what they DO affects ME just as much as it affects their constituents.
