You can bet that the oposition will be out in force on this one. Watch the Hispanic press try to hang Metcalfe on a cross. There are a few states including AZ trying to get clear rulings and laws against the anchor baby interpretation. If the states do pass laws and are upheld that state illegals in the state are breaking the law by trespassing and it includes anchor babies...then its going to really be "Game ON"! The Latinos will be marching on Washington in mass. Then ICE can do mass checks of documentation...lol.

I'm glad this getting national press. You'd be surprised at how many US citizens and legal immigrants are unaware of how much of our tax dollars go to illegal aliens and their families. Services that legal immigrants are not eligible for and they played by the rules.

ALL legal residents of the US need to be made aware of this travesty, wake up and stop it.
