Possible IA kills five bikers in CA ?

The driver of a Dodge Avenger that swerved into a group of 21 motorcyclists on Saturday in Ocotillo, killing five people, has been arrested on suspicion of DUI. 36-year-old Carlos Ramirez Bobadilla of Mexicali, Mexico, was arrested after CHP officers smelled alcohol on his breath, reports KTLA. Blood test results are pending.

The crash happened on Route 98 in Ocotillo, 80 miles from San Diego near the U.S.-Mexico border around 1 p.m. on Saturday. A gold Honda Accord, going an estimated 95 miles per hour, attempted to pass a dozen motorcyclists on the two-lane highway, forcing the driver in the oncoming car to swerve and lose control, hitting 12 members of the Saddletramps motorcycle club, according to Imperial County fire Captain Peter Stanton.
Carlos Ramirez Bobadilla is not being held responsible for the deaths based on evidence collected, including his speedometer, found stuck below the speed limit at 60 mph. The driver of the gold Honda Accord did not stop, and is still at large.

They would have charged him with DUI so look up his booking info in the county jail and see if he has an immigration hold if they show it. If they don't and he also happens to be charge with driving without a valid driver's license and/or proving fake ID is a dead give away if illegals are not allowed to get a driver's license in California. If I was the cop on that call I would have also charged him for driving an unsafe vehicle as the speedometer was stuck.

They don't show legal status on the jail website.

The local news here in SD is reporting that the blood test showed that Bobadillo was not drunk, and he was not at fault in this accident. The driver of the Honda is another story, they still don't know who it was. Possibly a drunk driver, an illegal, or both.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.

    See you at the signing!!

i heard he was even released from jail and the person they are looking for crossed the line going over 100 miles an hour.
the last thing i heard was now they are going to check all the video cameras at the border to see if the driver drove back into mexico.

    heard on the fox report
