EXECUTIVE ORDERS. This will be a very good chance for America to wake up to the biggest problem we face as a nation. Where did our Republic and Constitution go?

The courts in 1937 decreed that treaties, known as executive agreements, signed by presidents Executive Orders do not require consensus or approval by either the legislative (Congress) or judicial (U.S. Supreme Court) branches of the government.

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.

hardline, is there any documentation along the lines of historical speeches, memos, from any political or media figures?

Congressional records? Speeches from the house floor? A paper trail?

We have got to elect a congress that will change this travesty once and for all.

It seems it would just need our congress to recind this power grab by the White House and give the power back to the citizens as was intended by our constitution.

All Oprah said about Obama while he campaigned mere months after he was put into the Senate - and his campaigned was on "we the people's" tax dollars.

Yeah, Obama is like in a cocoon where those satellite ears only hears that he is 'Special'. The cocoon only gets reported to back and forth by MSNBC, Oprah, ACORN,SEIU and the Associated Press and other various Communists that go in and out of the WH.

And actually, it is the 50 Czars that are running the Country (into the dirt). Obama is merely plastic echo-box of what they want said or done.

Example Energy Czar Carol Browner on Fox News admitting that oil containment efforts are being red-taped, blocked, help refused by way of just not communicating with Admiral Thad Allen or just utterly not doing anything. So again, a 'crisis not going to waste' to achieve other ends. Also -- let the oil just spill,spill and spill --- that will smear the U.S. good in front of the whole world about their oil gluttony -- just be an example that oil is bad.

Obama is just an echo-box showpiece -- White Administartion think team headed by Rahm Emanuel -- sets the president's daily agenda -- lets' stick the President here, let's put the President over there so the American People think this or think that.

Example -- Exactly right after healthcare passed -- President makes an unnanounced secret trip to Afghanistan --- gets photo op with military officials --- speaks that commander in chief rhetoric -"U.S. will get the job done". In order to make the look to American People --- 'look I'm your good ol' U.S. President standing for the U.S. flag in a War' meanwhile just getting done cramming Healthcare Obamacare down America's throat that no one wanted.

Back on subject matter - while this amnesty order has to be taken as real -- likely is a trial balloon to see how people are going to react. Which is why we all need to give a shout out...

If he was to issue a presidential amnesty
