Pro-Amnesty Socialists Flood Murrieta City Hall

In Murrieta, California, where residents turned back buses carrying illegal aliens into the city, pro-amnesty socialists, many of them from out-of-town, flooded City Hall to demand that America open its borders.



Holding signs stating “Open the Borders,” “Freedom Socialist Party,” and “Immigrants Welcome Here” among others, the pro-amnesty supporters listened to speakers Wednesday night who advocated that America welcome – and care for – hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from Latin America.
“This is a fight for good education, good health care, good jobs and a decent wage for all people, regardless of whether they are on this side or that side, [because] they are global people that are human beings [who] deserve to get back the result of what they have labored for and what they have contributed to society,” one speaker said.
He also told supporters, who hailed from various parts of the state, to place pressure on city officials to “follow the law” regarding illegal aliens and to declare them “refugees.”
“That’s what we’re here for,” the speaker said at the end of his speech.
Another speaker, Fernando Romero of the Justice for Immigrants Coalition of Inland Southern California, also suggested that illegal aliens from Central America, particularly children, are “war refugees,” a label commonly used by amnesty activists.
But the extreme violence in Central America doesn’t fully explain why hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have been traveling thousands of miles to reach the U.S. in the past few months alone.

“A lot of what we’re hearing in the media and a lot of other places is that the conditions in Central America, such as the economic, are horrible conditions and there’s violence, gang violence, and that’s true,” Stu Harris of the National Border Patrol Council Local 1929 told Infowars. “That’s a terrible way to have to live, but that’s been going on for more than 10 years.”
“So for this invasion to start suddenly happening, something else had to change, and what changed is the fact that we were engaging in this ‘catch & release’ program and word spreads fast.”
And President Obama ensured this lax enforcement of immigration laws by telling the Department of Homeland Security to back off of prosecuting illegals, by ordering the Border Patrol to stand down, by offering temporary legal status to young illegals for at least two years and by other methods of doubtful legality.
He may have even offered Immigration and Customs Enforcement paid temporary leave to remove them from duty.


“In other words, Obama has been flashing a huge green light to illegal immigrants, and so of course our borders were going to be inundated with them,” Michael Snyder said on the subject.
“Apologists for the Obama administration will debate you all day about what Obama ‘intended’ and what he didn’t ‘intend,’ but there is no doubt about what message immigrants from Central America have been receiving.”
And this message is de facto amnesty.
“They know they are going to be processed and released and they are free to go wherever they want to go in the United States and the likelihood of them ever showing up for their [immigration] court date is slim to none,” Harris also said. “Even if they did show up to their court date, what we’re going to start seeing is what we call the ‘anchor babies’ because these court dates are being set from what I understand so far down the road that these people are going to come here, settle in, some of them are going to have children, and those citizens are now United States citizens.”
“How is a judge going to deport these people if they have a United States citizen as a child?”
So it isn’t a stretch to suggest that Obama is intentionally bringing America’s borders down to place more pressure on Congress to enact amnesty for illegals in law, which would likely lead to a new voting block that can swing elections in the favor of big government politicians who courted illegal aliens in the first place.
