Join JT and Dave Tuesday February 12, 2008, from 10am-1pm at the South entrance of the Mississippi State Capitol to exercise the 1st amendment with a peaceful gathering of Mississippians.

We will gather to encourage House of Representative committee chairmen to release all bills, dealing with illegal aliens and illegal immigration, to the floor of the House of Representatives for debate and a vote.

This action, would provide all elected house members and their constituents a voice in the debate over illegal aliens and illegal immigration.*****Lt. Governor Phil Bryant will speak at 11 a.m.*****

Remember, if you plan to participate, this will be a peaceful, and civil demonstration. If you have questions call or e-mail the JT and Dave show directly at: JTANDDAVERADIO@YAHOO.COM

**Up until now, many bills have died in committee without offering lawmakers a chance to vote. **

Typically, Speaker Billy McCoy sends the bills to a "buddies" committee where they die an unimpressive death, typically without discussion. It really is a perfect scenario for a power hungry politician.

One person has the power in Mississippi to make certain no "unwanted" bills come to the floor. Or, at least it seems that way. So, tomorrow Mississippians are turning out to make certain their lawmakers know, we're watching.

Tune in live to the SuperTalk website tomorrow to hear how the rally turns out.
