I listened to Sen Sessions a little via the internets. What a
great American.

He said S.1348 would allow illegals to get earned income
credits of up so $1800. That's 1800 * 20 million = 36 billion/year.
They could get EIC immediately on getting probation before the
Z visa.

Now we know how the 'fees' & 'fines' will be paid. We going to
pay for it like everything else.

Oh, I've been including that with my correspondance. EITC is the least of my concerns, though. What about Social Security and welfare?

This is not fair or right that these people will be able to use the earned
income credit. Only legal citizens should be able to access this benefit,
not people who were illegal. This is just rewarding them. They need
to earn their way without accessing our benefits until they have earned
legal citizenship by following the rules, obeying the laws, learning
English and intergrating into our culture.

But this shows just what giant liers the illegal supporters are. They say: "they will be paying taxes". Bull crud, we will be paying them, through the EITC!

That $1,800 can create a tax refund that can swell over $3,000!

$1,800 is just the earned income credit portion and it does include additional deductions for additional dependents or lack of earnings.

Get this, they may actually receive a refund without paying a dime in taxes.

That's exactly what the earned income credit is, you get money back without ever paying any taxes in! Americans and legal residents have been getting this for years.

OK I am looking at the EIC tables right now. If you make $16,000 a year (single or married filing jointly) and have 2 children, you get $4400 back, without ever paying a dime in taxes! So what they do is report the $16,000, then get paid cash (non-reported) for what they make over $16,000. This way they not only get the EIC, they also get food stamps, Medical, subsidized housing, etc. And lots of cash for the new truck and trips to Disneyland.
