Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer really think the American People are stupid and don’t recall the dirty trick the Democrat Party Leadership played on them 35 years ago when, in 1985, the Republican Party Leadership reluctantly agreed to granting amnesty to 2.5 million illegal entrants in return for a guarantee to build a wall, secure our border and discourage illegal immigration.

And here we are today, almost 35 years later, and still no adequate protection to stop illegal border crossings; no legislation passed to discourage illegal immigration, or visa overstays; no merit based standards set for immigration to benefit the United States; and no legislation passed to criminally punish public office holders forming sanctuary cities which violate federal “harboring” laws.

But we do have an additional 10-15 million new illegal entrants in the country, and the devastating social and economic impact of illegal immigration, which is suffered by American citizens and destroying their local communities, and bankrupting their schools and emergency rooms! And Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi want the American People to once again grab their ankles, give up their political leverage, and capitulate as they did in 1985?

American citizens are sick and tired of being made into tax-slaves to finance a maternity ward for the poverty stricken populations of other countries who invade America’s borders to give birth.

And do not listen to Lindsay Grahamnesty. He wants a deal for DACA and for 400,000 TPS that have OVERSTAYED their "Temporary" status. No more extensions of TPS and no path to stay.

The question is, will Republicans stand tough and back the president and resist the Democrat Party Leadership's 35 year old trick?

There is no surer way to weaken, subdue and then conquer a prosperous and freedom loving people than by allowing and encouraging the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low-skilled, criminal and diseased populations of other countries to invade that country, and make the country’s existing citizens tax-slaves to support the economic needs of such invaders.

It has always worked for them before. Let's hope it doesn't this time..

I don't know if he'll hold the fort, but he's going to build the wall, one way or another.

With McCain gone and Flake leaving, Sen. Graham is probably the top amnesty supporting Republican in the U.S. Senate. He's been pushing for a DACA amnesty for years. Additionally, he was part of the "gang of eight" amnesty crowd that tried to shove a comprehensive immigration reform (amnesty) bill down our throats. I don't think Graham has ever seen an illegal alien amnesty plan or bill he didn't like.

Each time I hear about Graham having lunch, playing golf or having a closed door meeting with Trump, my anxiety kicks into high gear. The knowledge of Trump's flip on the DACA program and ease to which he can be manipulated doesn't help matters any.

It was on the news this morning that Lindsay was off on his own tangent about DACA and his old 2013 amnesty bill. Trump spoke with Lindsay and told him no way, he's waiting for US Supreme Court on DACA before doing or considering anything on that. Lindsay then pivoted to support the emergency declaration which is important, because he's Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Grassley who is on the committee sent out a statement that he's nervous about it, and encouraged Trump not to use it. Trump is going to use it, he decided that back in December when the CR came down with no real funding for the wall and tweeted on Dec 19, "military will build the wall." He's been working on this for a long time.
