Sen. Menendez will introduce a bill to help illegal aliens avoid detention.

From the open border group FIRM comes this:

[quote]We have just been informed that Senator Menendez (D-NJ) will be introducing a marker bill that will protect:

people swept up in unlawful immigration raids
people locked up in detention instead of released or placed in alternative detention programs
people languishing in immigration detention who are denied medical care, phones, libraries, etc.
The ACLU is circulating a document for national, state and local organizations to sign on and support the marker bill (which is expected to be introduced Wednesday or Thurdsday).

You must sign on no later than 5pm on WED 9/24!

Email to Mary Bonvetre, ACLU mbonventre@dcaclu.org or call with questions (202) 715.0829

You can find the full text for sign-on after the jump…

Menendez sees the writing on the wall and is trying to pass as many pro-IA bills as he can, since he will not win another election (wait - he never won the election - he was appointed by Corslime, wasn't he?).

Many citizens in NJ are outraged at his blatant disregard for our laws. This man is pure evil, could care less about NJ taxpayers (both citizens and legal immigrants), unless you're latino.

I read somewhere that he owns lots of rental properties. Hmmmm..wonder who rents them out?

What is it about illegal criminals that the senator does not understand. He should be deported on account of his stupidity (not to mention treason, which according to the Oxford dictionary is betraying the interests of one's own country.
