That would be the ideal thing, but we need to have protections in place in case it does not.

If they get cloture it will cut of debate allowing them to vote on this very bad bill. WE WANT A NO VOTE ON CLOTURE! Reid has said if he doesn't get cloture he will pull the bill, this is what we want. This is a bad bill beyond fixing.
