    Senator Bond

    When I called his office about 5:10pm EST, staffer said that Bond will vote "no" to this cloture because his amendment didn't pass.

    Bond (R-MO) (busy) ADDED: Staffer: Voted yes yesterday, but will definately be voting NO tomorrow. His ammendment did not pass. Are you sure he will be voting no on colture?

    Yes, Sen. Bond specifically said on the Hugh Hewitt show on Monday that he would vote no on cloture (the second one) if his amendment didn't pass.
