    Senator Domenici

    I was told by an aide of Senator Domenici of New Mexico that he does not support this bill and plans on voting against cloture tomorrow.

    Right you are. I just talked to a staffer in his Albuquerque office and she said he opposes the bill and will vote NO on the Thursday cloture. He voted Yes on Tuesday, so this is good news.
