Thread: Support the Senate Border Security Caucus!

In March, nine Republican U.S. Senators formed the "Senators for Border Security and Enforcement First Caucus". At the same time, they also unveiled a package of strong anti-illegal immigration and border security bills which individual Republican Senators (not confined to caucus members) intended to introduce into Congress.

The Border Security Caucus lists the promotion of the "ATTRITION THROUGH ENFORCEMENT" as their "principle mission", and continues:

"The Caucus is a platform to let Americans know that some in the U.S. Senate are continuing to make sure that the laws already on the books will be enforced...and (to) work together in the U.S. Senate TO DEFEAT FUTURE LEGISLATION THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED AMNESTY." (caps mine)

The U.S. Senate Border Security Caucus now has eleven members, all Republicans. Both of our current candidates for President and at least one Vice Presidential candidate (Biden) support "comprehensive immigration reform", and it is likely that either will put an end to the current active enforcement of our immigration and labor laws on the federal level when he takes office.

We can use this intermediate time well supporting and thanking those elected officials who support us! Please consider taking time to thank those whose names appear below-especially if they represent your state-for their positive response in forming this caucus, and/or to ask your own senator(s) to join if they have not already done so! Only eleven Senators publically supporting U.S. border enforcement and opposing amnesty are far from enough for the fight over amnesty and "open borders for labor" which may loom before us after January, 2009!

I'm supporting some for their re-election. These are our good guys to be sure.

Isn't it about time in 30+ years that these elected official try to mix the 40,000,000 illegal criminal alien problem in American? Invasion is the word!

Now, I would just like to see the 30 to 40 Billion Dollar for the Oil Pipeline numbers and how Americans are going to do this bail out program?

Bail out insurance companies, bail out airline industry, bail out banking, and there is more for sure; bail out the mortgage industry, bail out the illegal criminal aliens, bail out this and that; there are more;

When are Americans going to get bailed out? American don't get anything in return of value!

Tell me one thing of value that we Americans do not pay dearly for?

Disabled people cannot even get Department of Education Loans Forgiven after doctors submission of 3 or 4 times of permanent disabilities. Are these transaction going to and taking place in India?

Oh I can go - on and on with the problems of POOR AMERICANS.

This one and other Americans are not sleeping or in shock anymore; we are bitter and angry at the entire mess of government.

Not good!

Senators Elizabeth Dole and Jim Inhofe also face strong opposition this year because of an across-the-board campaign to get strongly conservative voices out of Congress. Financial contributions if possible would be appreciated there, too, although Sen. Wicker faces the additional challenges of being a first-term appointee and not being very well known outside his immediate area of his state.
