    Texas lawmaker to battle 14th amendment.

    A Texas lawmaker is introducing a bill in February that would battle the 14th amendment, which grants citizenship to children born on American soil — including those born to illegal immigrants.

    Lawmaker Leo Berman believes that immigrants are committing a crime against the U.S., from the time they're in the hospital — but we grant their children citizenship anyway. "They're violating our sovereignty and we're granting them citizenship," he said.

    Democratic Texas lawmaker, Joaquin Castro says Berman is trying to interpret the Constitution to fit his agenda and create a name for himself. "It's a low blow against children," he said. Watch the Video!

    Birthright Citizenship MUST END. It is the largest magnet next to unscrupulous U S employers who hire Illegal aliens...Its the only way to fight Illegal Immigration. ALL Incentives and benefits must be taken away. Illegal aliens should not get ANYTHING except attention from law enforcement....Its the ONLY way to fight illegal immigration. If you just put up a wall but still reward illegal entry, they will find a way to get into the U S....

    Birthright citizenship is why illegals coming here to work don't hesitate to bring their illegal alien dependents. Birthright citizenship is the biggest cause of overcrowded schools and bankrupt hospitals; the biggest cost to taxpayers for illegal alien medical care is childbirth. Then 18 years of taxpayer funded education and benefits for the anchor child and his brothers and sisters and you see why the states are broke.

    Illegal aliens from all nations should have the same rights that their birth homelands give to illegal aliens, which varies, but generally means they get booted if they're lucky, or they do time for a long time in the foreign nation's prisons - that look NOTHING like America's worst prisons.


    Illegal aliens are never put in America's worst prisons - no those are saved for American citizens.


    We ought to take a pole, and every person who is "for" illegal aliens should be required to pony up and pay for their entire existence inside the USA illegally.

    Talk about TRUTH or CONSEQUENCES coming home in a nano second!

    I've thought that too. Bleeding hearts don't want "their" money going for abortions...but they expect everyone to pay for all the IA that they want to flood the country with?

    Where is the balance in this thinking?
