Anyway I got an email from him. From looking at the website maybe they deal with the RICO Act. That is the way that allows you to sue if your business competition gains by using illegal activity to gain an edge. It allows for you to recover three times the damages. I would check him out first with at least Google.

I agree, these Rico lawsuits should be going on everywhere. This is a god way to put fear into every business that employs illegal aliens. I have read about David Klem but haven't contacted him. I have a good lawyer already from Columbia. He volunteered to handle my case for free.

I am so glad you have free legal help. tthat is half the battle
