They still have to count these absentee ballots? There has got to be a better way to count votes then this.

If we were to be cynics, we might wonder if there will be rolling mail-ins, like there have been rolling amnesties. They say postmarked by a certain date, but will some come in that have been back dated in some nefarious manner.
