Federal courts have no constitutional authority over immigration admission except to prevent it, which means to stop it, which means to enforce US immigration prevention law and deport illegal aliens, because no federal immigration "court" under the US Constitution can rule that any alien is allowed to stay in the United States. Article 1, Section 9 is very clear, the only power or authority of the federal government with respect to immigration and importation of persons is after the year 1808 to prevent such. Therefore, no federal court can ever grant a request for any alien or immigrant to remain in the United States. Thus, aliens, illegal aliens, and other non-citizens have only state courts available to them, subject of course to federal court rulings to over-turn an order to remain by issuing an order of removal.
