No government agent has the right to touch you or scan your body without your permission or probable cause and a warrant. They also can't fine you, threaten to fine you, arrest you, threaten to arrest you or "hold" you in a "security area" against your will for refusing a too personal physical touching assault or an invasive body scan at an airport.

I know my rights and I stopped flying when they made me take my shoes off and confiscated my cigarette lighter. I've not flown since and will not fly again until these security checks are returned to walking through a metal detector and having the "wand" check you if you set it off.

I'm not afraid of terrorists, and I'm sorry that some other people may be. However, I do want them out of the country and kept out of the country because these terrorists are either foreign terrorists who shouldn't be in our country to begin with or under the influence of foreign terrorists we didn't keep out.

We all know who they are, and I'll be damned before I let some TSA touch my private parts or take a body scan of me or make me take off my shoes or confiscate my property because the US government refuses to keep terrorists out of the country and deport the ones they already know are here, even if it means driving when I would have otherwise preferred to fly, even if it means if enough Americans make this rational decision for liberty, and we bankrupt the airline industry. It would take less than 60 days to send them all to Chapter 11 and restore our liberty.

There's a line. It's time people see it and pick a side. Either you're with US or you're against US. It's not complicated. It's very very simple.

Yes, Tyner will be a folk hero and rightly so. And TSA will be put out of business with the airline industry if this crap isn't corrected. Then we'll start over and build an industry and an airport system we can all enjoy that's worth the exorbitant airfares we used to pay.

    More TSA thugs:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZqNq77m ... re=related

An airport cop and TSA worker both showed up at a Hartland Township, MI gas station to buy some booze in order to continue their buzz (which means they drove there drunk already). The two paid for the booze, then Renee Zima, the TSA officer, is accused of stealing two pieces of pizza, and leaving the store.

When the store clerk approached them demanding payment for the items, Zima flashed her TSA badge, claiming she was with Homeland Security. When the clerk tried to get their plate number, these two idiots bent the plate, then stood in front of it, blocking his view. When the clerk went back outside, Zima's partner in crime (and off duty airport police officer) Richard Frederick punched him in the face.

The funny part is that all the effort put into covering up their license plate was completely useless, as these two smart criminals already identified themselves by paying for their booze purchase with a credit card, and I'm sure all the surveillance footage doesn't help their case that much either.

When apprehended, Frederick claimed he punched the clerk because he felt threatened by "all the store clerks surrounding him", even though the video clips only show one person. Both the Wayne County Airport Authority and the TSA have started an investigation into the actions. Zima has been placed on administrative leave, and Frederick has entered rehab.

    Right on UB!

How about when terrorists take it a step farther and start putting bombs up their rear ends or their vajay-jays!? Will Americans submit to cavity searches to stay "safe"?

I've heard numerous storys about TSA grabbing women's breasts and trying to see underneath them and of men having their nuts touched. Also the TSA likes to do "size comparisons" on mens junk and then laugh about it later...one was another TSA employee and he ended up kicking someones ass over it. Sorry, but that doesn't set well with me. Even pilots are now being searched and are fighting back.

Last time I flew was Dec 2007....and to think I felt like I was treated like a common criminal back then. I'm done flying unless things get back to some sembelence of sanity.

With the borders wide open people shouldn't be going through this interrogation going from point A to point B.

    1. The body scanners are invasive and radioactive.

    2. The alternative act of being felt up to fly is not an alternative to some who value Liberty.

The goon who said "when you buy the ticket you lose your rights" doesn't realize/care the borders are wide open and that the under wear bomber was put on the plane by the CIA as a means to introduce these radioactive porno scanners which have interested people involved ($$$$$$$$$$$$) in the scanners.

I won't fly I will drive and I better not be bothered when I do.

I did a little research after reading all of your comments. The reason is that I needed to satisfy myself that the Government has indeed stepped over the line. My findings seem to verify that:

    1. Israel has a 100% search policy and none of their agents actually touch you during any of the initial screenings. They have never had a terrorist successfully get through their screening procedures, and they have never violated their citizens rights. In fact, you can google Israel security procedures and learn a lot about what they do...

    2. By US law (and to some degree those rights afforded you and I in the constitution), any man or woman that touches us in an inappropriate manner (you can look this up about the "genital" area) without probable cause, is in fact committing sexual assualt and can be charged with it. There is no grey area here, it doesn't say anything about TSA or the Government taking away your rights when you purchase a ticket to fly, or anything else. Reasonable search means consistent with established laws...period!

    3. Those of you who commented on a matter of choice are absolutely right, you have a choice to subject yourself to a form of sexual assualt, or the right not to fly. The only reason for these choices is that no one has challenged the Government on their latest poor choice of doctrine. In my opinion, that is only a matter of time before this ends up in the Supreme Court (you know, the one that the Messiah condemned during his State of the Union address).

    4. As with countries like Israel, Germany, etc, they treat their citizens like true citizens. They do not subject them to any undo searches unless they fit a certain profile (e.g. body language, nervousness, facial tics, etc) that give them away (with probable cause), and even then, it is done by an appropriate agent in a private area...period! They also do not waste time getting supervisors, they carry out their business and get the passenger along their way as soon as possible.

    5. Those of you who insist this is the price for flying might as well vote for China's take over of the USA in 2012. Fact is: the U.S. Government has long oversteped their boundaries to govern long ago (ALBEIT GOP or Dems in control). The public just sat there and took it without questioning the sanity of what they were doing.

    6. In my opinion, terrorists everywhere are putting us to sleep by making it look like they will strike another plan to take out our commercial air flights. I believe there are other, more important targets for them to hit. For example, Ports of entry (which by the way, many of our petrolium factories are located), reactors (where security is proven poor), etc.

    7. Those of you who brought up the point about securing the Government not securing the borders were only partially correct. This has nothing to do with finding terrorists, it is more about control of the citizen population. If the Government wanted resonable assurances that there was no terror threats to this country, we would be controlling our borders or ports of entry from those who would come to this country and destroy it. Big Sis knows that and is more worried about home grown terror than the actual threats that walk across our borders every day! The Messiah would stop doing his "Apoligize for USA" tours. Come on folks, wake up!!!

    8. The commercial airline business will go bankrupt, it is only a matter of time before lawsuits and the lack of business puts the industry out of existance.

My advise to those who support more security checks and allow sexual assualts to continue: get over yourselves!!
"Throw every eligible*politician out of the Federal Govenment this November!* If their replacement doesn't do the job, then throw them out the next go around."

Can't happen soon enough for me...

do you think it's reasonable that we scan luggage ?
    Yes

Do I think it is reasonable for them to use radioactive imaginary scanners
    on my person..

    NO

Do I think it is reasonable for them to grope and squeeze my person

    No

Do I think this has anything to do with our security.

    No

It is all about indoctrination into the total control of our way of life and loss of all of our freedoms, if the sheeple don't wake up soon we all of us will have lost everything...remember the words I am from the Government and I am here to help you....

    YA Right....

The price of freedom is eternal vigalance .... what would the american public say if our TSA agents didn't use these scanners or a complete body pat down and 2 or 3 more underwear bombers were caught on our planes , or worse yet succeeded in blowing them up ?

This is NOT a governmental assult on our freedom . there are choices , and it's up to the rational adult to DECIDE for themselves what they want to do ...

is the government going to kick in your door later tonight and FORCE you to buy a plane ticket ? i don't think so ..

This is a CONSUMER market as many of you have stated , and while no one WANTS to be nude o scanned or have the bad touch pat down , people are still CHOSING to do so , and there are many who feel that these types of screening requriments are apporate considering the types of threats our avation industry is facing .

If the majority of the population decides that these types of security screanning requirments are too much of a hassle , they will stop flying , if enough people decide to stop flying the TSA will have to revaluate the situation ...

but all of that is a FAR cry from the government forcing us to do anything against our will ...

every adult here is aware of what's going to happen to them when they go to the airport .. you know IN ADVANCE , and you have the ablity to make up your own minds ...

    that is not tryannry ..
