Thread: Video on abuse of student visas to take jobs in US

Student visas are not limited like work visas (H-1B), and some are abusing the system by getting fake student visas to come to the US and work illegally.

we have had several people (Chinese and Indian) who worked at our company under student visas. They admitted that this is what they were doing instead of going to school. Our company didn't pay them what the rest of us got paid either. This kind of stuff has got to stop.

Ever consider an anonymous call to ICE to report said employer...?
If they knew these students did not hold visas with work permissions, then they too were breaking the law...

I was going to do so, however my employer didn't want to deal with them anymore so right before time to re up their visas my employer terminated their positions.
Real nice huh?

Ah ok, well, maybe they'll hire some Americans next time...
