To the editor — Join our silent protest against the pro-amnesty, pro-open borders march.

Every May 1, undocumented immigrants, legal immigrants and their supporters march through Yakima and across the U.S. demanding amnesty, more benefits for undocumented immigrants and a further opening of our borders.

For the last five years, members of Grassroots of Yakima Valley have stood in silent protest against this movement. Bring American flags or a respectful sign and join us. We have no interaction with the marchers and are well protected by the Yakima Police Department, which uses a line of police cars to keep the marchers on the opposite side of the street. Obviously, the more of us there are, the more influence we wield.

This year we are closer than ever to Congress passing another amnesty or at least legal status for 10 million to 20 million or more undocumented immigrants. If this legislation passes, it will do irreparable harm to the country.

Bring family and friends and join us at 5:45 p.m. Thursday at the northeast corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and North First Street. Do this for your country, your kids and your grandkids. Bob this is a good post, and for that reason I am hesitant to say anything that might demean your efforts, but please stop using the language of the enemy. It is easy for people to repeat what they constantly hear, and the Marxist mainstream media never uses honest language. You simply never see a "news" (i.e. propaganda piece) media article that does not use the euphemism "undocumented immigrants" when what they are really talking about are illegal aliens, even when it makes the "news" article confusing to read; they never, ever call illegal aliens-- illegal aliens. This is an intentional deception for the purpose of winning an argument by the false use of words.

It is really important (words influence how people think about a subject) to always refer to them as illegal aliens. Except for a few legal immigrant who may have lost their paper work, there are no "undocumented immigrants." Please always, always, always call them what they are: illegal aliens. foreigner squatters, foreigners who should not be here. Never sanitize what they are by calling them "immigrants."

This is a good post; Patriots need to know about upcoming events. Also how about a few posts to "Tea Party Community.com?"

But I do not want to disparage your good work. This is not a criticism but instead some advice from a friend who learned from a lot of reading and a lot of mistakes together with personal experience.
