Thread: Wasn't the name originally Barry Sotello???

CNN.com just had an article about the Army Doctor who's facing a court martial for refusing to deploy on basis of BHO not being a valid Pres. This story of course ties into the Birther Movement. CNN's coverage had a couple of photos of the 'certificate of live birth' that Hawaii says are the real item.

The 'certificate' named the parents as Mr and Mrs Barack Obama, and the kicker is: CHILD'S NAME: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA.

Hmmmmmm... wait a moment -- wasn't BHO's name originally BARRY SOTELLO???? He supposedly CHANGED it later when he took up ISLAM. So wouldn't that make this 'certificate' absolutely boggus???

What the he** are they trying to pull (other than of course the obvious).

Obama's real name is Barry Soetoro.

His name was changed to Sotero after his mother married a Indonesian man name Sotero, who adopted Obama. His birth name was Obama.

yeah, itsreally bad. i dont think it was soetello tho.i thought by him not being able to prove USA citizenship ,that would be it. obviously theres a government in place that wont enforce the primary articles of our constitution. his run will all over in a few months-lame duck soup.

Thanks for the correction. Had 'Sotello' on the brain there, but yes the name I meant to say was "Sotero"
