H. R. 1999-Hope Fund Act of 2007

I just talked to Representative Bill Sali's office in Washington and this bill that would grant $10 million dollars to the LaRaza group is currently in Committee on Financial Services.

I tried to get some information on when this bill may hit the floor for a vote and what the feel in the House was for passage of this bill, but staffers didn't know. They do know Bill Sali will not vote for it.

I think we all need to keep our eye on this bill and fight like crazy if it looks like it's coming up for a vote.

I tried to find some info online last night about how LaRaza uses their funds, but I came up with zip.

La Raza was behind the marches and lobbies heavily! They helped write S1348 according to the WA Times. They are made up of several organizations. Did you search ALIPAC??? There are many articles in the archives!

isn't this group the one who hands out instructions to illegals on how to avoid the cops for deportation?
