    What Should American Citizens Do?

I have a very important question that I have been thinking about and have had difficulty accepting the answer. The question is, what should American citizens do if the government continues to take measures that are totally inconsistent with the will of the American people and violate the U.S. Constitution? Case in point...our own government has taken sides against one of it's own states and sided with a foreign country. Our own government has forsaken the average American citizen in favor of foreign nationals who have illegally entered and remain in the country. For the sake of simplicity I have focused on illegal immigration only (there are many other issues). Now I know a lot of you will say that the way we solve this problem is that we vote the bums out. Oh really? When was amnesty granted last with the consent of the American citizens? Answer, there was no consent. How many decades have we been dealing with the massive cost to each and every one of us but never been provided a real solution from our government? Answer, at least three decades. So now we are hurdling toward an economic abyss and complete destruction of our economy and country's social fabric. And we continue to say, let's vote the bums out? The answer to my own question hadn't anything to do with the ballot box. It came out of recognition of how we struggled for independence at a very high cost. Have we really become so pacifistic or just plain ignorant of our country's history?

I agree and can only ask the same question and at this point I do not see an answer in either political party.

Corrupt goverment, lack of values morals in our schools, ruling class that appears anti-American and simply greedy, the selling of America started some 40 years ago and each year it gets worse.

We need term limits with a total return to the Constitution, teaching values and love of country in our schools just as a start. This will not be fixed over night and it will be a hard slow process but it must be done.

We need leaders to do this and as of yet I do not see any.
I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

I sometimes wish I could be president for a day. I would get rid of Homeland Security, abolish the EPA, abolish the department of education, the department of health and tell all of those here illegally that they have 90 days to get their S**T together and leave and that is just for starters. I would put the national guard of each border state on the border WITH weapons. I agree with the attorney general of arizona that we need to get the FBI involved and dismantle the cartels. I also agree with the governor that we need to enforce our immigration laws. We don't need new ones. All of the oppenents of our immigration laws say we need a worker program, well we have at least 20 so they can just shut up and go away.

They break the rules of every guest worker program anyway, so number 21 would be exactly the same.

Lots of times companies getting rid of someone give them no notice. It is a very shaming thing but it is because of the concern for crime. They call security and tell the person to collect all of their personal possessions now and go. These are not people who have committed crimes in the workplace - if that were the case the police would escort them out - these are just dismissals with a concern for sabotage of the company if the employee is given 2 weeks notice. So for this - "tell all of those here illegally that they have 90 days to get their S**T together and leave" in the interest of terrorism I would not be so kind.
