Where are the security videos of the CT Shooter?

Ive noticed that a lot of the latest movies and video games coming out have more children being killed in them as part of the action. Killing kids used to be off limits in film and movies although there was no law against it. Even Walking Dead Season 1 has the lead protagonist "Rick" shooting a little girl (zombie) in the first major scene. I just saw two new horror movies on Netflix where little babies were eaten alive. There is an age old argument about art imitating life and life imitating art and the large corporations producing these games and movies for Global consumption need to remove the killing of children from their corporate "art" especially when children around the globe will experience these images over and over again.

Also, every school needs armed protection. I was literally shocked to find that most elementary schools in America have no armed defenses and are wide open for any psycho, terrorists, or madman to walk right in and do what the CT shooter did. A large man with an axe or machete could do the same to an unprotected classroom.

And I have questions. I want to know how the CT shooter got into the school with a Bushmaster rifle that could not be concealed? Did he shoot his way through the door? Did they let him in? And where is the camera footage from this crime? No armed guard or personnel on duty, but I know there had to video cameras. Heck, there were video cameras all over Columbine High and that was 13 years ago! If this 20 year old with severe mental problems entered the building alone and performed like a highly trained assassin triple tapping his victims with rounds that left very few wounded and almost no survivors or eye witnesses, where are the tapes? I'm not saying they show the public people being killed, but there should be footage of this guy approaching the school and moving through the lobby and hallways. Where is the footage?

It has been reported that he shot out the security glass next to the door in the front of the school. No one let him in.

I doubt that the parents of the kids and the police want this deranged gunman getting any more TV coverage to encourage other deranged people to copycat this event.

Two Adult School Shooting Survivors Will Be Key Witnesses

By CHRISTINA NG and RUSSELL GOLDMAN | Good Morning America – 5 hours ago

Two adult survivors who were shot and injured in the Newtown, Conn., school massacre will be integral parts of the investigation into the deadly rampage, police said today.

"Investigators will, in fact, speak with them when it's medically appropriate and they will shed a great deal of light on the facts and circumstances of this tragic investigation," Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance said at a news conference today.

Both survivors are recovering from gunshot wounds in the hospital, police said. Authorities had previously mentioned one adult survivor. The adults have not been identified and police did not give details on their condition.

READ MORE: School nurse hid from gunman.

Both adults, Vance said, were wounded in the "lower extremities," but did not indicate where in the building they were when they were injured.

Moving trucks were seen outside Sandy Hook Elementary School this morning, as school officials prepare to move furniture and supplies to a vacant school in enighboring Monroe.

Sandy Hook itself will remain a secure crime scene "indefinitely," said Vance.

Police say Adam Lanza, 20, forced his way into Sandy Hook Elementary School on Friday, spraying bullets on students and faculty. Lanza killed 20 children and six adults before turning the gun on himself.

Lanza also killed his mother Nancy Lanza at the home they shared before going to school.

"There are many, many witnesses that need to be interviewed," Vance said. "We will not stop until we have interviewed every last one of them."

Vance said the investigation could take weeks or months to complete. "It's not something done in 60 minutes like you see on T.V."

Some of the other key witnesses will be children who survived the shooting spree by playing dead, hiding in closets and bathrooms and being rescued by dedicated teachers.

"Any interviews with any children will be done with professionals...as appropriate," Vance said. "We'll handle that extremely delicately when the time arises."

The first funerals for victims of the shooting are today, beginning with 6-year-olds Noah Pozner and Jack Pinto.

Officials said today that the Sandy Hook Elementary School, where the shooting took place, will be closed "indefinitely."

Both the school and the home where shootings took place are being held by police as crime scenes and Vance predicted authorities would spend "months" investigating the elementary school.

All Newtown schools are closed today to give residents more time to cope. Every school except for Sandy Hook is expected to re-open Tuesday.

The town of Monroe has offered to open Chalk Hill School, which is not currently being used, to Sandy Hill students and staff, the Newtown Board of Education said in a statement.

The neighboring community's school is expected to be ready to accommodate students in the next few days, though an exact schedule has not yet been published.

While the families grieve, federal and state authorities are working around the clock to answer the question on so many minds: "Why?"

ABC News has learned that investigators have seized computers belonging to Adam Lanza from the home he shared with his mother. Three weapons were found at the school scene and a fourth was recovered from Lanza's car. Lanza had hundreds of rounds and used multiple high-capacity magazines when he went on the rampage, according to Connecticut State Police.

Vance said that every single electronic device, weapon and round will be thoroughly examined and investigated as well as every aspect of Lanza's life going "back to the date of birth."

ABC News has learned that both the shooter and his mother spent time at an area gun range; however it was not yet known whether they had shot there.

President Obama delivered an emotional address at an interfaith prayer vigil in Newtown on Sunday night, comforting the community.

"I come to offer the love and prayers of a nation," the president said. "I am very mindful that mere words cannot match the depths of your sorrow nor can they heal your wounded hearts. I can only hope it helps to know you are not alone ... and that all across this land we have wept with you."

"These tragedies must end," Obama said. "And to end them we must change."
Thousands came out of the prayer vigil where Red Cross members distributed stuffed dogs to children and adults wept in the auditorium.

"We needed this. We needed to be together, here in this room, in the gymnasium, outside the doors of this school, in living rooms around the world," said Rev. Matt Crebbin, senior minister of the Newtown Congregational Church. "These darkest days of our community shall not be the final word heard from us."

There has been a lot of confusion and rumors regarding Friday's tragic school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. But investigators and officials have begun to clarify certain parts of the timeline: Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy confirmed that alleged shooter Adam Lanza, 20, wasn't buzzed into the school, but rather shot his way in: "He used a weapon to open up the glass and then walked in," Malloy said on ABC's This Week. "He discharged to make an opening and then went through it, went to the first classroom, as you know, went to the second classroom."

What I am just having trouble understanding is how this 20 year old with mental problem could be so effective even with an AR15 that there are only 2 survivors that actually saw him barely clinging to life.

It is almost as if he methodically and expertly executed these people to prevent anyone from seeing the gunman from surviving.

Am I correct in my thinking that the alleged gunman killed 28 of 30 people that actually saw him on the day of the incident and that the only two remaining DIRECT eye witnesses are in such critical condition that they cannot be interviewed right now?

If that is accurate, that is truly incredible. That would appear to be outside of the pattern of most of the other mass shootings I am aware of where there were many that survived their injuries.

All the victims at the school were shot with the rifle, at least some of them up close, and all were apparently shot more than once, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. H. Wayne Carver said. There were as many as 11 shots on the bodies he examined.

Hundreds of bullets, multiple 30-round clips at Conn. school

Saw something on the TV news the first day that they cleared him of involvement.
    But from the article above:
"There are many, many witnesses that need to be interviewed," Vance said. "We will not stop until we have interviewed every last one of them."
