I have an H-P all in one, fax/copy/scan. You can get a decent one for about $60. They make it easy to sit at home and send dozens of faxes. I also have a long distance phone plan from a smaller company that charges me around 4 cents a minute. A typical fax takes about 15 seconds, so to send a 1 page fax, I'm spending a couple of cents. It's cheap to make my voice heard.

I am just leaving one anywhere I find and empty mail box.

I too am finding full mail boxes, even in district offices.
