You're looking at this totally different than I am. Wanting a legal system does not mean you want more legal immigration, it means you want a system that follows our written laws. The reason your argument doesn't hold water is because he has been very clear on his legal immigration position and that does not include the increasing of legal immigration. His position on legal immigration is the same as Sen. Sessions and that is that legal immigration should be based on what is good for American workers and their wages!

Walker offered up E-Verify, onus on employers, and a "legal immigration system that works" as solutions to illegal immigration. Perhaps in his next debate, he can explain how legal immigration is a solution to illegal immigration.
