Talking about aiding and abetting is different from actually committing the crime of it.

While on the surface they can talk all they want , but we can also talk about dealing dope, robbing a bank or doing anything , But until the actual act is committed , there is no crime

The fact of ICE DISMISSING immigration cases out of hand would be an actual case of aiding and abetting ,

But to file the suit and prove it would be costly , time consuming and very hard to do,

Congress doesn't have to jump through these hoops , they can put a stop to it very quickly.

And I don't understand why they haven't already

because harry reid and queen botox will not allow anything on the floor for discussion, debate, or an up and down vote on anything having to do with illegal immigration and when they do, its usually voted down on a party line.
Just look at all the attempts of Jeff Sessions to add e-verify amendments to bills. always defeated on party lines

We need a class-action lawsuit against the govt. for aiding and abetting.
