Keeping Wikipedia articles politically correct is a task for many hands at many keyboards.

Beyond the front lines of minute-to-minute editing wars is a fertile field for keyboard activists. Articles on warm (but not hot) topics need editing, or in some cases, writing. This is an opportunity to put factually accurate moderate prose where many will read it.

Wikipedia editing conventions are known to many of us who work at organizations that have internal Wikis. Don't worry if that's not you. It's easy, there are online tutorials, and there's even a place to practice, called a "sandbox".

Some articles that one might create or improve:
Hazleton, PA
Louis J. Barletta
Juan Hernandez
Illegal Immigration Relief Act
U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Minuteman Civil Defense Corps
La Raza
Joe Guzzardi
Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America

An article on the movie The Line in The Sand (http://www.yggdrasilfilms.com/) was removed after an editing war. It's probably too soon to try to put it back.

One really should use one's own name for a Wikipedia account. Anonymous contributions, while allowed, don't carry much weight.

Wikipedia activity is not appropriate for those who enjoy ranting, raving, and NUKEING THE BASST*RDS. It is for the patient, the temperate, the literate, and the diplomatic. If it's for you, go for it.
