Thread: William: Got in to see Burr, Dole tomorrow

I do not have the energy or time to do a full update right now.

Me and Carmine Mercer from MCDC spent almost an hour working on Burr. He did say he had announced he was going to vote for cloture but we are not 100% that will be the final cloture vote or if a second will be required.

The phones were ringing off the hood for the 35 minutes we waited to See Burr, we arrived early. Every single call was against the bill!

We still do not know if Burr is listening to the people or not on this.

A yes vote for cloture is a vote for amnesty, what doesn't he understand about this? He simply can’t hide behind a no vote for final passage because it will pass.

We do not give up. Let's call, email and fax Burr's offices and the others. Do not forget to fill up the talk radio email of Laura Ingraham, Neal Boortz, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Rusty Humphries, Phil Valentine, Mark Levin and others. We must call the Senators, but we must have the talk radio voices to broadcast to the millions that we need other Americans to join the cause, get involved and start making the calls with us. Talk radio is backing us up and getting our message out. Sean Hannity kept running through the names of the Senators to call and what they are presently saying or not saying. Give them encouragement and thank them and tell them to be the voice of the American saying NO.

Call District Offices also. Keep them all busy.

Way to go William!! We will keep hounding him to back up what you have said. Thanks for your trip to DC nice to know we have someone up there representing us! We wish you luck with the rest of the traitors.

wonder what Burr is getting to not listen to the people who vote for him. Hopefully it is enough to keep him happy becuase he has lost his senate position.

Great effort...you must be dog tired. Try to get a decent night's sleep, if that's possible, after you get some good D.C. grub and a frosty cold one or two.

Make sure you include a copy of the new Rasmussen Poll that was released today in your material for tomorrow. There is massive outcry from the American people against this bill.

P.S. - No one can even leave a voice mail message now in either his D.C. or Winston-Salem office. Mailbox is full. E-mails still seems to be getting through.
