    6. True (if that is what is attributed to it)

I think there is more. If Lou Barletta wins, and others with a anti-illegal immigration then it may be more of a statement that the "fear factor" set in with conservatives about the Dems. May not be so clear cut. Also Dobson has said he won't vote at all for any candidate if McCain is the nominee. So it will have many factors weighed in on it.

    exactly

And I am inside the Republican beast, and you are 100% correct.

All about a two party evil money cult, that controls it all.

"We the People" went "sheeple" they took advantage.

"We the People" have to elect others.

I think McCain's win was due to the fear mongering he did about radical Islamic terrorists. The scared Americans and military/veterans people all voted for him. So did the frightened little old ladies who fell for his "straight-talk" BS. His message about border enforcement was less important and he wihtewashed it anyway by saying "he got the message. The American people want our borders secured." Had very little to do with the Hispanic vote. Mitt may have lost the H-vote but he picked up just as much from those who want illegal immigration enforced. We all know Mitt lost because of the 3-way split.

McAmnesty is already beholden to them since he used Juan Hernandez and co-sponsored the worst piece of legislation ever to hit the U.S. Senate.

    BS!!!

    4. F
McCain will lose the November election because of being outnumbered by Democrats and because the conservative vote will go against him.

    5. T
McCain will remove the illegal immigration issue from his platform so it will be moot. Conservatives are more likely not to vote at all. He is a disgusting example of values.

    6. F
Well, if his loss gets twisted to that partial line of reasoning, The Repubs had better think again. The American people want enforcement of our laws against illegal immigration.

    5. If Conservative Voters get behind McCain despite his immigration stances, the message will be to candidates that you can get away with being pro amnesty as a Republican and there will be no incentive for change in the Republican Party.
Conservatives don't have a choice. They must support McCain to defend from the radical Islamist threat/communism while at the same time selecting an amnesty candidate. We were just outmaneuvered here. The Republicans are willing to give it a shot without the base. McCain is probably not electable imho, but would be the candidate of choice in the event of military or actual terrorist activity against the United States if ya get my drift. The global clowns are committed. We must force them into even more radical action out in the open.

For right now let's see that Mary Peters goes before Congress and then to jail.
