    NON-Hispanic white, I am sure it is referring to my self also since my ancestry is Sott.... although my family has been here for over 250 yrs.

    So guess it it anyone of white color who is not Hispanic, or from Mexico or central America....really I can not keep up with these people and wants!!

    Hispanic is an ethnic group of people
    who came from countries colonized
    by Spain. Of course, Spanish being
    their first language.

    There are black Hispanics, white (Caucasian) Hispanics, Asian Hispanics,
    and so on.

    NON-WHITE HISPANIC is any Caucasian other
    than of Hispanic origin. Pretty simple.
